The beer might have been ok, but I couldn?t appreciate it because I was too busy having my ears shattered by a dog that kept... barking loudly. Since it was INSIDE the brewery, it could resonate especially well. And they wouldn?t do anything about it.Sorry, but if a human acted unruly inside a bar, they?d be asked to leave. If that owner can?t quiet his dog, it should be thesame treatment. Also, a 4% fee for paying with a credit card? It?s 2022 folks. I might be inclined to be more ok with this iftheir prices weren?t already on the upper side of average brewery prices. Read more
Great beer, great staff, love the atmosphere. Little something for everyone. Go visit, you won't regret it. Update: still... great! The addition of their biergarten and liquor license only adds to the appeal. Especially if there is live music, a foodtruck, and or games going on. Read more
Great brewery located outside of downtown in more of an industrial setting. The tanks and brewing equipment share space with the... bar and seating area. Picnic tables and a few lawn games round out the unpretentious interior. The beer and service are alwaysgood. What I especially like is that they are not just an IPA-factory like too many breweries have become. Willow Rock is dogfriendly both inside and out. Read more
I was introduced to Willowrock by my cousin that lives in Syracuse. He knew I liked to visit different breweries when I travel... and he highly recommends it. The service was outstanding and very friendly. Answered all of my questions about their beers andsteered me into trying a flight of 6 different beers. All the beets were very good. Tucked away on a side street of the city, Willow Rock Brewing is a hidden gem on the Syracuse area brewery scene. The service... provided by Scott was fantastic, and for the first time in a long time, EVERY BEER we sampled in our flights were worthy of aGrowler for home. Willow Rock sports an IMPRESSIVE line up of beers. The grounds had a large interior space for hanging out, aswell as, picnic tables outside to enjoy the weather. Willow Rock will be a regular stop for us when brewery hopping. Read more

Brewery and taproom in a gigantic industrial space. The bar section is closed off in glass for some reason, that section looks... more like a brewpub, with seats at the bar and a few tables. No food, just pretzels. Service was friendly and efficient. Wetried a few beers, including a kettle sour, Scotch ale and Irish stout. I really appreciated the different styles, it's a greatchange of pace from the "10 taps, all IPAs". The quality of the beers were very good also. Prices were okay.
