The price that I got charged did not Match the prices on the board. The buns are always dry here.
They got my order wrong multiple times and were extremely rude about fixing it. Then we had a second order with ice cream and... shakes. The shakes were wrong as well and they refused to change it for what I paid for. We ended up needing to throw our shakesaway. I have social anxiety and it was already hard for me to even say something. Overall after spending over 50$ for dinner for2 adults and 2 kids meals I'm super disappointed. Read more
Not impressed with the staff on Saturday evening 9/10. Deleted the entire order of the couple ahead of us which in turn delayed... our order. Drive thru is always a priority so regardless of the 'chain', go thru outside not sit down. Read more
If I could give a -star I would. We pulled up to drive thru and placed our order for 2 ice cream cones. No one responded so we... drove to the window. We had 7 people walk past and not check in with us. Then we flagged a person down and told him what weordered. Mind you it was ice cream cones. We then had 4 more people ask us what we ordered. Definitely one of the better places in town for a shake. Prices are $5 for the small, up to $6.50 for large, and mixins are... free. Unfortunately it seems this store has suffered like most other places to the point of being understaffed. It took about 15minutes for them to get me my single shake. Granted, the guy in front of me had a decent size order, but it took him forever toget his food as well. And their drive through was backing up. I was there at like 8pm, so not dinner rush. Anyway, the shake wasgood, but at what point do I just go but ice cream from the store and make it myself in less time than this? Read more
Artic circle is my 1st favorite place for shakes. The quality is great and presentation is lovely. There's always plenty of... flavor inside and I love that they sprinkle extra toppings on the top. You can get unlimited flavors for no extra cost whichmakes me so happy. They have all their repeat coupons on line, so I never have to worry about leaving coupons at home. Good shakes, fries, fry sauce, ranch burgers. Only bad thing is prices are pretty high, big that?s anywhere. Quick service, nice... kids working there. Read more
