Went though the drive through wanting to get food before work as I have graveyard shifts and it was a horribly long wait. They... took the other lanes order for 4 cars in a row before they switched sides. Should not have been 40 minute wait. They lost myorder after I paid and waited longer. If I had more time I would have asked for a refund. They were messing about inside andlaughing. Ended up late to work even though I left an hour early. Ridiculous. Go to literally any other McDonald?s and it willbe better. Read more
Absolutely horrible! Went though the drive through and the line was super long. Well we ordered hot fudge sundaes and by the... time we got to the window they were melted. We kindly asked to remake the she said they were fine. They are not that melted. Shefinally agreed to remake them. Well Ford sat there for about a minute and a half and they come trotting out with the exact samehot fudge sundaes we sent back. We asked if they were the same ones the girl said she didn?t know she was just asked to runthose out. We asked for our money back and went into the store to see the manager giving out our sundaes to customers !!!! Read more
I don?t know what it is about this location but it seems to be the slowest location I know and has been that way for years. In... 2018 it took them over 20 minutes for a Big Mac meal. The nearby ones in Layton seem to have faster service. Went againtonight and it took 30 minutes to get through the drive thru. They seemed to favor the far left lane in the drive thru lettingseveral cars through that lane before letting one car through on the right lane. Read more
This mcdonald?s had been really bad the 1-2 years ago every night i waited like 30 min in line. I went tonight with my wife... expecting the bare minimum. I pulled up being very patient because of my expectations. The order taker was so polite and nice iwas very surprised. The line moved way quicker then id ever seen for a night. I paid and got my food. All my food came just asit should. I will be more open with mcdonalds in the future. They are getting back on track it seems! Read more
Take a good look at the picture-that?s supposedly a quarter pounder. That?s right! Do not go to this location under any... circumstances. The poor quality of food here is only exceeded by the poor quality of service. Read more

Update: I forgot my wallet last week and had to cancel my order. As my friend picked up his food the manager working the front... desk called over to me and said, ?don?t worry about it? and lifted up a bag with my order. After a rough day that was prettyawesome. Original Review: I?m always bummed when a cool employee works at a fast food place, because you always feel like it?snot going to last. But there?s a guy that always works at the first window here and he?s always been super cool. Quiet butfriendly and just an encounter that I look forward to when I go. This is the best McDonalds on earth if you go between 10:00PM & 3:00AM. I know those hours seem weird but their night crew is... unbelievable. The guy taking orders seems like he genuinely enjoyed working there, he was fast and efficient and got my orderperfect. The night manager is a lady that?s worked nights for a while now and she is absolutely incredible. Very kind, fast,energetic, and I believe she cooks fries based on how busy they are because their fries during those hours are always fresh.
