This has similar vibes to Rancherito's. The service and food was good. Their burritos and chimichangas are massive, some of the... biggest I've seen and have had. 4.5 Stars. Went here today for the first time, and got the Enchilada with Chicken. Very good and the price is quite good for how... much you get. It came with Beans, Lettuce and Rice too. Our first time eating here was an experience that made us definitely want to come back! My wife got the asada street tacos and... said they were delicious. I got the smothered carnitas burrito and it was massive and wonderful. The service was so polite! Wedidn't have to wait very long for our order either. 3 or 4 stars? The food is tasty. The environment and staff is friendly. The only reason I downgraded to a 3 star is because the... food quality is sub par. It is obvious that most their product comes directly from a food distributor. It is mostly pre madeitems that are then heated up. Now that doesn't mean the food is not good. It is on par with most ho hum Mexican restaurants inthe area. It would be nice to see a local Mexican restaurant get back to the basics of creating their own handcraftedfood. So definitely go to this restaurant if you love Mexican. But don't expect more to much. Portion sizes are also good. Butyou pay a slight premium for that much food. Read more
Fabulous The food is fresh made, hot and served with great customer service. We had the chicken quesadilla, the chili lime... shrimp burrito, with Chile Vedre on the side and last, but not least, the chimichanga. This is a must visit location. So, I don't normally leave reviews, but figured if I was going to it would be for a place like this. Best Mexican food in Davis... county. A little small, but that'll probably change when people catch on to how good this place is. Clean, quick, friendly,won't break the bank, and really good. Portion sizes are spot on, And there actually bilingual -they understood us which isextremely helpful when ordering..I can't say how many places I've been to that they look at me like I'm stupid because I don'tspeak Spanish here in America go figure.
