Yesterday, my family and I tried Unos for the first time. The food was decent, it took some time for it to get to our table... after ordering. The children's pizza appears to be the same size, if not larger than the personal deep dish pizza. So for halfthe price I would suggest getting the children's pizza. The waitress wasn't aware of the rules of "KIDS EAT FREE EVERY TUESDAY."She said she had been working there for 2 months prior. So I understand. She also said that it was busier than normal to her.Which it didn't seem too busy based on all of the booths being empty around us, but I have never been, so I wouldn't know. Thesalt and pepper shakers were sticky, I would assume that they are never cleaned & the cheese and pepper shakers seemed dirty aswell. Their sweet tea isn't too sweet, although they do offer free refills, which is nice. For a 36 dollar bill, we left a 5dollar tip with our waitress. She said thank you, but didn't seem appreciative. We used cash and should have received around 50cents in change back. But she did not acknowledge the change and walked past the table and went about her day. So considering itwas only change, we left without making a big deal. Overall, we will try again another time. Hopefully certain things will bebetter. Read more
I ordered the chicken spinocolli last month and yesterday… BOTH times it was SUPER DRY and unflavored! The crab dip was cooked... entirely too long too. I tried to give them a second chance but it was still awful. I love that dish so I’ll continue to getmine from Norfolk!!Please fire the cook/chef????????????????…. Totally would have done 5 stars but it smelled so strong of mildew!!! But food was amazing waitress was stressed out badly.... PLEASE REMEMBER TO BE KIMD TO SERVERS THEY ONLY GET $2.13 a HOUR!!!!! Read more
I missed eating at this location and recently ordered through Door Dash. I knew I was taking a risk not dining in or going to... pick up my order but I have dash pass with door dash so I kept my expectations very low and prayed for the best outcome. Notsurprised that my order was ice cold. I mean you felt no heat or warmth on the bottom of the box. My wings were a little warmbecause of the aluminum foil pan. Order came in just a plastic open bag like thats gonna hold in heat smh. Ended up putting allthe food in my oven to reheat it. While my family is starving from waiting an hour. Spent over $60 for cold food not includingthe nice tip I left the driver. Hey Uno's, how bout investing in pizza oven bags seriously! Of course its not the restaurantsfault. They won't take accountability if a 3rd party is involved. So pass the blame off to Door Dash. I know. That is my lastorder from this location. Read more
Had a pleasant time dining in, however my delivery experience was a spectacular failure. Despite the order system taking place... on their own website, the actual delivery is surreptitiously vended out to GrubHub- The moment I realized this, I knew I was infor pain. I paid $36 (not including tip!) for a 'personal' pizza the size of a DVD and an order of mozzarella sticks. The pizzawas so small that I actually called the restaurant thinking it was a mistake- they were friendly, but had no sympathy beyondnotifying me that GrubHub 'upcharges' their normal menu prices. Might have been good to know that before placing the order. Theprivacy of my hotel room spared me the embarrassment of being seen with this little kid's pizza. Read more
Did not order thin crust and it came like this. Looked anemic, tasted like canned paste and cardboard. Would have transported... better if it was pie cut and not square cut with the thin crust. I can get a better pizza from the Kroger in the same building. Read more
We went there for dinner. We ended sitting in the bar. Bartender was slammed and really didn't give us his full attention. I'm... not going to fault him. It's not his fault it's management's fault. We waited 6 minutes to sit down at a dirty table. Then wesat down and waited 5 minutes for a menu then another 8 minutes to order and then another 11 minutes for the food to come. Whenwe finally received our food it was hot, tasty and fresh. Will go again when it's not so packed. Read more
Nice staff, good food. The pizza was perfect and French onion soup delicious. Our waitress (PM BAR P #901) suggested drinks... that were a bit heavy on syrup but otherwise satisfying. Would come back again. Read more
