I've lived here for 20 years and every few years I give this place the benefit of a doubt and each time it's a lousy experience.... Much like the previous review only a day ago it seems to be run by clueless teenagers fumbling around. Cold food, bad serviceand etc. I can't believe they're still in business. Read more
Don't be in a hurry. The folks were very nice, However, we were in a hurry, ordered and paid for our food. Then the wheels fell... off. We and 4 other customers waited in line for 20 mins. And not one order was complete. They didn't have fry's in the store.They only cooked one order at a time. The manager was basically non existent and the young people all seemed to know what theirjobs were. They just were slow and had no direction. The young people all seemed to be in a bad place. The young lady asked usto go down the Rd. to Mc Donald if we wanted a shake because they didn't want to make it. Well we didn't even order Fry's ordrinks or milkshakes. Still our sandwiches and one order of mozzarella sticks. 20 mins. But the food was fresh and tastedawesome. PS the floors were so slippery from Grease that I actually was afraid to walk through the store. A lot of these fastfood restaurants are in the same boat. I have a method that removes the dirt and easily removes the grease. If anyone isinterested I'll be glad to share. Read more
Order correct. Food was hot but very slow service. Do not go here around closing time.
My 92-year-old daddy thought he left his veterans hat at this Burger King. It?s a very special hat. I called and Gladys did a... thorough search to find his hat! Been here 25 minutes have received 2 sodas,1 big king,had to return the chicken due to being cold. Still waiting on the french... fries. The place is empty when we came in. Can't get answers from the cashier. Her back is to me. Finally... the rest of theorder. Read more
I'm always shocked to get fresh food at a fast food restaraunt! I come here at least twice a week to get a whopper Jr with... cheese bacon extra pickle and a 4 piece jalapeno cheese bites with marinara sauce. Always fresh and hot! Keep up the goodwork!! Read more
