Picked up some late lunch and received a closer to room temp than hot chicken sandwich. Cheese curds we?re great though. Check... your bag before you head for utensils, napkins, etc as I had none and it would have been hard to gulp down mash without one. Read more

Extremely rude staff. Dirty dining area, gave us attitude when we asked for our table to be cleaned. Loudly slammed chairs on... the ground while we were eating and shot us dirty looks. Read more

Our family tradition is to come here after going to Fantasy Lights at the Park and enjoy root beer floats. We went tonight... through the drive thru and actually ordered dinner. Since we forgot to ask for napkins and sauces, I had to go into the lobby.The staff completely ignored me for 10 minutes, and then gave me attitude for troubling them. After we ate dinner in the parkinglot, my toddler needed to use the restroom. They locked the doors 45 minutes early and wouldn?t let us in. I ended up having toget her strapped back into her car seat to drive down the street to The Home Depot to go to the bathroom there. Terriblecustomer service. We won?t be back. Read more
I ordered 2 4piece chicken, it was tasty, but was missing a biscut in one, the one I recieved was small. The food was cold, the... chicken tender, I could bite into a piece that was not meat, so then we had only eaten 4pc all together. I would not recomendeating the food from KFC, cannot say anything about A&W did not choose from that side. Maybe I should have, am leaving stillhungary but with a upset stomach. Read more
Only the drive thru is open, which is fine. I never usually have issues at this fast food store, believe it or not. Food is... usually fresh and hot. This is an A&W KFC combination so you get a choice of burgers or chicken. There were 6 cars in front ofus and the line always moves quickly. I have never been "parked" at this store. Read more
We went inside to eat, the order taker gave us time to look at the menu, he wasn't friendly but also was not rude...He just kind... of stood there. We ordered the papa burger combo and the Double bacon cheeseburger combo. Our food was prepared very quickly. (we were the only ones inside). The french fries were good, the burgers okay nothing special at all. The restaurant is cleanand well maintained. This may be a good family restaurant since you have the A&W and KFC combined, so you have a large menu tochoose from, but there is no other reason to return here. Read more
