Pizza is amazingly so well made, crust was crispy matched perfectly with the sauce and toppings. Staff was super friendly,... courteous and the location has that historic Tacoma experience within it. Definitely lookout forward to having Lunch thereagain???? Read more
When I went to pick up my order no one was at the front. Made me wait, even though I ordered online and there was literally only... one other person inside the store. Employees weren?t friendly at all. Didn?t give me a bag or fork to go. Fettuccine alfredo wasnasty, sauce tasted like that cheap one you buy at the store and noodles were stiff. I threw it away. Pizza was hard and cold,also skimped on topping I paid extra for. Pizza very well could have been reheated from previous day they just added minimaltopping which I paid for on it. I came here because the reviews seemed decent but clearly these people have low very lowstandards. Spent around $26 even tipped for a take out order. Someone said ?best pizza in WA? absolutely not. Great pizza, wings, rib tips, hot and cold subs.. the antipasto salad is a delicious meal in itself! Have ordered often and it's... always fantastic! One of the rare places with their own delivery drivers so order direct and your food will be delivered by asuper friendly, polite driver. Read more
I have been searching for my go-to pizza spot in Tacoma and making my rounds and next jo with great reviews was Abella! I used... their online ordering to place my order for pickup at a specific time which was very convenient. I made a note requestingcertain toppings on only half the pizza and it was just as requested! My husband and I arrived at our scheduled pick up time buthad to wait an additional 20 minutes for our food to be ready. We took it home to eat and it all looked amazing. The pizza wasgood but my husband did not like the pastas we ordered. All in all, decent but we wouldn't go out of our way to eat here again. Read more
This is the best pizza in the state of Washington. Do yourself and your loved ones a favor and order this ASAP OR if you are... from out of state (like I am) maybe you should stay away, because you will be craving it and no other pizza will quite scratchthe itch. Read more
The pizza was pretty good, the sauce wasn't too spicy, nor too weak, the proportions of ingredients were generally well... balanced, the quality of the ingredients was very good, my only complaint is that the toppings didn't go close enough to theedge, so for a small size pizza, about 1/3 to 1/4 of it is all dough from the crust. It wouldn't be so bad on a largerpizza. As far as service: I stood around the front area for a several minutes in hopes that someone in the back would look tothe front to see me. At the time I first came in, I was the only customer. Finally someone did see me, and she helped me rightaway. She was new, but very courteous. After I made my order, she brought me a plate and silverware to my table, and broughtme my water. After the pizza was done, and I received my order, nobody came to my table again after that. The water glass wasvery small, and I had to stand in view of people in the back again so people could see me so I could get a refill. After I wasdone eating my pizza, I was hoping to get another water refill, but nobody was around. I think my main complaint would be thatstaff doesn't check the front area enough. Once they know a customer needs something, they're right there, but they need to goto the eating area more often. Read more
