Great experience (mostly), restaurant was clean and wait staff was awesome, very attentive. Raquel waited on us and did a great... job keeping us informed. She had a party of about 20 people in our area that she was also handling and apologized for delays butI didn't even notice that there was a delay. I would return for that service and the food was tasty and made to good standards.I would however take a star off for the hosts, they took forever figuring out what section to seat us in. I'm still giving 5stars for Raquel's sake. Read more

The truth is that we received excellent customer service from our waitress Hanna, the service was nothing but outstanding !!, it... is those occasions that make you want to return immediately, the food was also good but the best thing is the customer servicethat Hanna gave us????????????????. The atmosphere is very good, as you probably know this place is excellent to go for drinksand eat with friends of course you can take your children but the atmosphere is very good to go with your partner or friends,you can watch sports and have a very fun and good Time. Had a wonderful lunch with my family the hostess and our server were both very friendly. Our waitress and other staff were... saying hello and getting smiles from my baby daughter. The man running the front on our way out gave my 5 yr old son fist pumpsand making him laugh. Our food was amazing and came out fast. Our waitress was fantastic super helpful and always checked on us.Have to say had a better experience then the one locally in Vancouver. Read more
I used to love coming here, it was always a great experience. The last couple times, not so much. This evening was one of the... worst experiences I've ever had at a restaurant. We came out to celebrate and our celebration was ruined by excuses, forcedapologies, and long waits for any service. It took more than 20 minutes to receive a drink refill. Food was just ok, some of itwas cold, but we didn't see a server or other employees walking around to alert them. Half of our party left while we waited 30more minutes for a to go order after we had already finished our meals. There were multiple times where one of us could havegotten up and gotten quicker attention than we did waiting for our server. I'm extremely disappointed in the quality of ourvisit and will definitely think twice before returning again. Read more
