This is the best place for breakfast when it is bright and early in the morning. The morning crew is exceptionally friendly andthey are overflowing with smiles and kindness. WORST! WORST! WORST! WORST! WORST! I GIVE IT A ZERO!!! I ordered food for 5 times in hope to get fresh and hot food. But what I... got instead was yesterday?s cold burgers and hard fries. I asked them to make everything hot, put extra sauces, remove oneingredient from ONE burger. They messed up everything!!!!! The other day I stayed in the line for like 1 hour and a half and Igot the same ***** thing!!! NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Unless you wanna waste your time and money. This used to be a very good Burger King but, who ever is in charge of management or hiring needs help. This place is always very... understaffed and some of the staff that they do have seem to have better things to do than help their team. Lack of staffingcauses very long lines with long wait times and long wait time even when the lines are very short. Sometimes the drive throughis closed an hour before their normal store hours. If Burger King doesn?t care about this site, then why not just shut itdown. I recommend going do a different location unless you don?t mind waiting 30 to 40 mins for your order. Read more

This food was so unbelievably bad I had to take pictures! This was positively the worst food ever. I took one bite of my burger... and the meat was like crumbling charcoal. The meat was burned to a crisp and ice cold. The cheese was cold and not even melted.The burger was so badly burnt it was 1/3 the size of the bun. The fries were only half full and cold. All three meals wereawful, awful and awful! Forty bucks for a family of three and it was worse than eating out of a garbage can. Read more

Today I had the worst experience at this Burger King and that is truly an understatement! First, Rachel the woman taking orders... for the drive thru was extremely rude while communicating with the car in front of me. She asked the people to hang on a moment.Then the customer asked a question and a very snide manner she said I told you hang on, I'll be right with you mind you her tonewas not respectful. Second, her and the other girl gave that same customer my food. Sooooo not only did they give that customerthe wrong order they had to remake mine. Employee Rachel, then had the audacity to blame the whole thing on the other customerwhich is highly unprofessional. Third, 20 minutes later when the other lady brought me my food, I asked her what the lady'sname was that took the orders since she was not wearing a name tag like the other employees. The response I received was I'm notgoing to give you her name she might not want me to. That really did it for me. I told her it's your responsibility to give thecustomer a name if asked which is why you're wearing a name tag, I expressed to her how rude their behavior is, and myfrustrations about the food situation not to mention the lettuce was soggy and wilted. All this and they didn't do a darn thingto make anything right except slam the window shut. To be perfectly honest, they wouldn't have jobs if they were under anydecent management. I cannot express enough how horrifying and distasteful their customer service is, they shouldn't be workingdirectly with people at all!!! You lost me as a customer today, and hopefully the other customer feels the same! Thank you forteaching my 11yr old how not to be a poor employee! Read more

Very unprofessional service here. They had trouble hearing me and I had to repeat myself several times in order to get my order... correct. My whopper Jr was cold and the cheese wasn't even beginning to melt. The French fries were warm but not hot andfresh. Read more
