While I?m not going to give a one star because the drink was good, this place does not deserve more than 2 stars. When I... arrived, there was two cars in front of me, one left after about 5 minutes of my arrival. I cant imagine how long they werewaiting, as it took the now one car ahead of me over 15 minutes to receive their order! I ordered one drink and waiting about 10minutes for it! When I finally got my drink, it was sticky on the outside and got all over my hands, took a drink and some of itspilled. They over filled it and didn?t even bother to clean off the excess on the cup and the lid. Don?t go here unless youhave 40 minutes to spare and a spare shirt!! I was visiting my sister for the holiday and really was craving some coffee! This place happened to be near a ramen shop I like,... and I am so glad I stopped for some coffee. I ordered two 16oz hot Coco's, extra hot. And when she handed me the cup they weren't even halfway full. Super disappointing for... my first visit. I also posted a picture to the photo album here. I did not take a single sip of the drink on the right, I openthe lid and this is how far it was actually filled.
