Friendly staff, good baristas, i like the coffee. Giving a 4 star b/c food is only ok, imo, o/w they'd get a big ol' 5 ???? !

Usually love this stand and the girls! but twice now I?ve been charged my coffee plus more than what I had tipped. Not sure if... they are giving themselves a larger tip or if there is a added fee I?m unaware about? Lots of new faces. Read more
I got overcharged. I got a 16 oz hot white chocolate mocha which should have been $4.84 after taxes. Instead, I was charged... $6.01; when I asked the barista why, she hesitated and said they were charging for MILK as of 4 days ago. I checked to see ifwhat she told me was true, so I went to another Cafe Elite (less than a mile away) and got the same order and was charged thecorrect amount. I understand that there is a service charge for using a card, but even with the service charge, the price shouldhave been $5.34. I understand it's only a few cents, but it's the principle! Read more
Ok let me tell you about this stand....the lady working there was so freaking awesome and friendly and all of the things working... in customer service requires. She made my drinks on point and our food was cooked perfect! She is super customer serviceoriented and really makes you feel like shes known you forever and this is the 1st time I've been to this location in years butI'll be going back more when I'm at that side of town! Egg Nog Latte was nasty...coffee tasted burnt and they did not have the dessert bars so I got a chocolate chip cookie that was... hard, stale and I through it away...a waste of $10....I don't recommend that location at all. Read more
