We went here for our 17th year anniversary and we were extremely disappointed. The service and the ambience is 5 stars. But, our... food took an hour and when it finally came out. My steak plate was hot. My food was luke warm and bland. Bland Filet. Bland MashPotatoes. Bland Broccoli. And my wife's pasta. Olive Gardens pasta is better. Saturday 10-22-22 Read more

Let me start with the positives. Outstanding view, delicious drinks, food is pretty good. The lava cake was amazing. Nothing... wrong with the cooks at this place, the food was very timely and they did awesome making it look good. However, as soon as wewere sat we could hear the waitress complaining very loudly as she walked past us about how us and the other couple behind usdidn’t have reservations. She was definitely upset about having customers, we heard her loudly sighing every time she passedus. She gave us to another waitress who was no better. When I told her we just needed a moment to decide our apps, she left usalone for about 15 minutes. It happened again when we asked what was the chefs special dessert. Keep in mind there is literallyonly 3 tables total in the entire restaurant at this point, it’s not like she’s busy. Overall, terrible service, we havenever left a tip below 20% until tonight. The parking is pretty limited as well. Would only recommend if you have lots of extramoney to blow and enjoy being left alone for huge periods of time. We spent about $75 for each of us. Read more

Date night with my guy and he made reservations for dinner at 730 pm. It was not crowded and the atmosphere was pleasant. Autumn... was our server. She had a great attitude and was attentive to our table. We both sat together on the same side of the table, able to see the view because on the other side of our table, the beam would block some of it. Lucky for us we could see a bargetransporting a heap of trash lol. Started with drinks, he had a Moscow mule, I had a Crown and coke back. The guy brought ourbread which is the round sour dough and we went straight for the middle. Nice crunch of the crust, warm and soft inside. Forappetizers we had calamari, and sauteed tender tips. Both were good. I ordered prawns and scallops on pesto risotto and it wasdecent. He ordered a Wagyu Burger. I meant to take a bite but never got to it. We had a great time. Good food, drinks, greatservice, nice views, awesome conversation and laughs. Read more

Had a great dinner tonite to celebrate my wife's birthday. Started with ceasar salad for me and a wedge for her. Also ordered... the sourdough bread. It is extra but worth it. Make sure to order the small salads as they are filling. She had theshrimp/scallop risotto and I had the filet with garlic shrimp. Filet was cooked perfect and very flavorfully. Wife said herdinner was very good also. Server was Angela. Outstanding. Highly recommend this restaurant. Read more

What an amazing place and a wonderful experience. Though they weren’t able to find our reservation they still accommodated us... and got us a table quickly. The service was amazing with the server constantly checking up on us even though it was packed. Thefood was the best part, very flavorful, perfectly cooked, and well seasoned. We went for dinner and it was a very romantic vibeand an amazing atmosphere would recommended it to anyone. Read more

The Cliff House Restauant, Marine View Rd. Tacoma, Washington As you park and enter this lovely eatery, you will immediately... have the opportunity to enjoy the breathtaking views of the Puget Sound and Commencement Bay and a picturesque marina.Fortunately, the restaurant takes ideal advantage of these spectacular vistas by having a “wall” of picture windows. Theinterior ambiance of the restaurant is beautiful and comfortable. Start with a delicious beverage or glass of wine. I suggestthe roasted pineapple margarita which is unique and flavorful. You can then proceed to mouthwatering seafood and/or steakselections. I recommend the Surf and Turf, an 8oz filet and 6oz lobster tail. Don’t forget the appetizers and dessert. Irecommend the deep-fried cheesecake. The service is second to none. Ask for Lisa, and you will receive friendly, thorough andexpert service. Highly recommended! Read more
