It seems like their food quality has suffered. I had the 3 meat plate (double pork, brisket), it was cold and tasted a bit off.... We have always gone to Dickys over the years and this location is not up to standard. Sides were only ok. Read more
As we entered we were greeted with the wonderful smell of BBQ. the cashier promptly greeted us. To start this was one of the... best customer services experiences that we have had in a very long time. The employee (I wish I got his name) deserves 10 starsfor his kindness and patience since we did not know the menu. We ordered the Cueban sandwich and the pit dip sandwich. Withsides of Mac & Cheese, Caesar salad, baked potato casserole. Our meal was promptly prepared by the same awesome employee. Everything was very good, the restaurant is clean and well maintained. We will definitely come back to try more. It is so niceto see that you can still get a great meal and great service. Read more

I should of read the reviews First, I was so excited about taking my friend her to experience the food But we are out of half... the menu items ok fine ???? So kind of had to buy more a expensive ???? to get the food I wanted was NEVER told about therecredit card machine was done so there goes an extra $3.50 > in atm fees. For an already pricey place made it more expensive for the sub par service to show my friend. Do better very disappointed ???? things do happen but it was a train wreck Read more
Brisket was dry and tough, mac n cheese was cold, ribs were ok. Ordered extra sauce but never got it. The portion sizes are very... small for the price. Just go to Famous Dave's-- it's the same price, but you get more food at much better quality. Read more
