I usually go to the Puyallup location and they are so kind and always greet you and ask if you need help I went to this location... and was not greeted and was just standing there for about 15 minutes before I finally just left they have terrible customerservice they did nothing but look at me and talk with each other and laugh never did I get a welcome or what can I get startedfor you just dirty looks my honest review would be to go to the puyallup location they are very kind and much cleaner store aswell. Pretty classic casual and authentic Mexican. Dining area is big and has booths that could accommodate a large group. My favorite... indicator of a good Mexican takeout place is whether or not their salsa bar includes carrots & radishes as well as salsa, andthey nailed it. 1st visit, We walk in and it was pretty busy took a few minutes to order but not to long after that that our order was ready... correct and hot not to mention delicious! We will definitely be back I can see this place becoming one of my favorites! WellDone EL Rinconsito!! Read more
i'm surprised to see that this place has mostly good reviews because my order here was one of the worst experiences ordering... food i have ever had in my life. ordered four simple tacos: one chicken, one carnitas, one asada, one veggie. all were justsupposed to come as listed, with the usual toppings. i received ONE single chicken taco, with the works (but mind you, it wasn'teven good, with bland, slimy chicken...) and then THREE that were literally just mushrooms, onion, and cheese. three. THREE outof the FOUR tacos ordered were sent to me as veggie tacos but WITHOUT any of the toppings. how does that even happen???? AFTERshowing up, when the order was already supposed to be almost done, my driver had to wait at least FORTY MINUTES, just to begiven such a totally incorrect order. so it took well over an hour to get my food, and then i was left hungry, because the oneswith just cheese and the two vegetables were disgusting and inedible. super greasy, totally undercooked, and the vegetablesliterally hadnt even been SEASONED with anything. i was in disbelief. They have a nice menu. There are great specials. I haven't been here in a few years ( since covid). I did notice their prices... have gone up several dollars on most entrées. But, the food is of great quality and generous servings. There is a small fee fortakeout. But, the food is packed in really good aluminum take out containers.( perfect for heating). Good service too. I love their flavorful authentic Mexican food and reasonable prices. Their locations are designed for a fast food service... restaurant and their employees are great in providing fast service. The employees are always willing to help and will alwaysgreet you with an smile.
