The food is good but their online ordering system sucks. Got there to order a sandwich for a quick bite to eat but was told to... order through their website because their register is down. Long story short there was a service fee and then a convenience feefor placing the order online that didn't show until you input your payment and finalized the order. Anyway, told them to cancelthe online order and was told their register is back up again???? So ended up paying the old fashion was in person with mycredit card. That's why I deducted 1 star for the payment hassle. The food here is good. I ordered BBQ pork bahn mi sandwich. Iwas expecting the Vietnamese style grilled BBQ pork but it was the Chinese style BBQ. Anyway, not what I was expecting but stillgood. Everything tasted pretty fresh and the bread was really good. Soft inside and toasted crispy outside. I would come hereagain but won't be ordering online because of the service fees. Like why am I being charged fees for inputting my own order?That's more work for me that I'm doing for them. This was my very first time visiting and upon entering the atmosphere is beautiful and welcoming. Staff is extremely courteous... and nice. My only issue was the food. I am an expert pho eater and have tried many different locations of the same that Iordered. It really surprised me when I ordered it here and my pho was sweet as if there was sugar in the broth. I was not givenno beans sprouts even though I requested them not sure if they come with the dish at this location or not but I did request themand did not receive. I also ordered an order of egg rolls. They weren't even hot, they were barely warm as if they weremicrowaved and yet they came out after I received my pho. I also tried to order a bubble tea of a flavor that I had never heardof before. I was not able to get it because I believe they were out of their bubble tea at the time which was upsetting. Theyonly have one size unlike other locations where you can choose a smaller or large. And it almost seems as if they take out somenoodles to make room for the vegetables which was not cool. If I'm going to pay $10 or more per person, I want them piled up!! I'll consider giving another try possibly but it was more of a surprise when I ate the steak pho and it was sweet tasting...Ididn't know pho was supposed to be sweet LOL Read more
Great food but really lacks in communication and if you order their bubble tea, you will be severely disappointed. 4 times now I... have gone in for a classic tapioca bubble tea and they always get my order wrong. They always give me the popping bubblesinstead of the tapioca. When they do give me tapioca, the woman microwaves it for what seems to be 10 seconds and the tapioca isrock hard. This last time, she didn't "fix" anything. She literally tried to scoop out the popping tapioca with a spoon (did notget it out) and poured in a bunch of rock hard tapioca. It is very hard to communicate when orders go wrong, and I'm sorry, butI make better bubble tea at home. Read more
Food quality depends on who is in the kitchen. Do not trust the menu pricing, or sales listed or advertised. The restaurant... owner charges higher prices, with no rhyme or reason. That item for 12.99, nope. Its 13.81. Then tax is added. I bought anitem which was priced at 12.99, it was rung up as $13.81, 15.45 with tax. Read more
I ordered the shrimp spring rolls and the lemongrass beef spring rolls for pick up. They came with a really nice peanut dip and... sweet oil with crushed peppers mixed in so it was a little spicy. I enjoyed both rolls, but next time I will order without thebasil (it overwhelmed the taste of the rolls so I took it out). The inside of the restaurant was very clean and colorful whichmakes me want to dine in on my next visit. My order was quick, accurate, and I enjoyed my experience. Well be back for more!! Read more
Beautiful inside with nice ambient music. We had the BBQ pork bahn mi with a boba and it was so good! Seems to be a family run... operation. A really good location for a daytime date. Read more
This is a difficult place to get lunch because deciding between fresh rolls and bahn mi is a truly impossible task...so do what... I do and GET BOTH. Seriously though, the food is always fresh and delicious and the service is so fast and friendly, which iskey for a weekday lunch. Read more
