Worst KFC I have ever been to. Literally just went through the drive through and I have never received worse service. I don?t... usually do this as I am a fast food worker myself, but this was unacceptable. Me and my husband both work long hours and don?talways want to cook, so this was very disappointing. We were rushed at the speaker, and then at the window she took our paymentand I didn?t receive a receipt or my drink, then we were immediately parked. We didn?t even get the right food, one of my sideswas missing, I got fries I didn?t order, and my husband didn?t even receive all of his tenders. The people working here were outof uniform and had no name tags, no hairnets either. My husband didn?t even want to complain out of fear if we received theright food it would get spit in, these people were so rude. Completely unacceptable. Do not go here, these people need fired.I?m going to eat my food now, hope it tastes better than the service. I would give this place a zero but that?s not possible soI give it a one. Read more
Went through drive thru and the person was rushing us at the drive thru. Mine and my wife order was all messed up. I didn't even... get the right order. Unfortunately the food was not up to par. The chicken was just ok, the Cole slaw was deceptively small and the biscuit was hard.... To top it off the manager was the one who took my order and his disposition wasn't welcoming or pleasant. A friend brought meanother meal several weeks later and it wasn't any better. The manager at this place just lied to me. Makes me wonder what else this place lies about. I handed my sheet of coupons to... the manager to get the 19.99 chicken deal. He told me the governor told them because of covid thev couldn't take my sheet ofcoupons to cut. Not sure if he's up on covid restrictions. Clearly not. Then I tore my coupon and handed it to him. Thenwondering minds wanted to know and asked him why you can take that piece of paper but couldn't take my sheet and cut it for me. The manager was rude and didn't know what he was talking about. There is a ton of choices for chicken. Not sure why thismanager wants to lie and make things difficult. KFC probably should do spot checks on their manager.
