The young ladies working were awesome and I will come back when I am working in the area.
The person working in store claims she is manager and is very rude. I very seldom give negative reviews but this incident is... worth noting. The employee was working alone, making sandwiches and ringing up orders so that may explain her attitude to somedegree. What I can?t ignore is that she made my sandwich previously without changing her gloves or washing her hands . I wentback today and she attempted to do it again. I asked her if she was going to change her gloves. She felt my question was rudeand disrespectful however I am paying for a service. I tried to call back and talk with manager. She stated she is the manager.She refused to tell me the owners name and number. I took my order back and asked for a refund. I refuse to support a placewhere cleanliness can not be questioned and there is no arena to address issues without it becoming confrontational anddisrespectful. I have not been this upset at a business establishment ever A simple ?my bad? or no problem would have sufficed.I use to eat there regularly before COVID?s and staff were very friendly. I came in at 7pm and only one employee was working. He had a line of 5 people and mobile orders. He was very kind and kept... apologizing for the wait. He kept calm and made my sandwiches with care. Lionel is great. Wish I could?ve tipped him on my debitcard. That man deserves a raise and maybe some evening help. Only did 4 stars because I couldn?t tip on my card and because ofthe store being so understaffed. Read more
I?ve never had a problem here. This is the best subway, in my opinion, in the area. They don?t accept coupons like the Lakewood... location, though. The employees are all really nice though! Read more

Rude girl behind the counter, she seemed preoccupied with something & a bit frustrated with us for whatever reason. The customer... behind us got the same treatment, but 1/2 way thru their order just walked out. The store was filthy, soda machine floor wassticky, tables had food on them, & no napkins available. The food was good, but we noticed that this store needs to considergetting training on customer relations , maybe hiring some staff that are more pleasant. Read more
