Every time I?ve gone they?ve had an extremely rude team member taking the order and a half A** order. Y?all aren?t busy when I... go so it?s just a matter of being lazy. I know you know the difference between a small fry and a large fry. I only ever order alarge fry and a sweet tea. It?s unacceptable you can?t even make a sweet tea, this was a first the liquid sugar in tea becauserather than saying ?we are out of tea but I can add liquid sugar for you? they pump about ten pumps and it?s literally nothinglike the normal sweet tea. Ten pumps is a little much for a large cup no? Save yourself the headache and go to the McDonald?s on19th way better service and quality food. Read more

The night shift staff on 4/20 at exactly 10:59pm that made us fries and pies are the best people. Not all heroes wear capes.... These wonderful people made this world feel a little brighter. My wife and I went through this McDonald's Drive-Thru, at 7:43 p.m. on 12/22/2020, placed a simple order for 2 Mc Ribs, 2 Mc... Doubles and a Medium Fry. Paid at the first window and by the time we reached the second window, with only one other car infront of us, our order had been dropped from the order screen. The person at the window asked what we had ordered, so we showedhim our receipt. A few minutes later we received our food to which we checked to make sure, before driving off, that everythingwas in the bag. And it was. Little did we know that after arriving home that the two Mc Rib Sandwiches had no BBQ sauce onthem.(See attached Photo) So I understand that things get missed when your in a hurry to fix a mistake but this is a pretty big"Miss"! I tried to call the local number to the Mc Donald's (Just to inform them that someone in the back was not payingattention or just not caring enough to put out a good product ) but it just kept ringing! I then called the Toll Free Number onthe receipt for comments or complaints and left my contact info and as of 12/31/2020 I still have not heard back about the "NoSauce" It would have been so much easier to let them know that there was a problem with one of their employees, with in anhour of it happening, if only they would of just "ANSWERED THE PHONE " Instead it's come down to me, taking more time to postthis, than it did for the person in the back to check to make sure the food was made right before sending it out! It makes youwonder, what else are they MISSING or NOT DOING RIGHT? Freshness, Cleanliness, Temperatures Etc.?? You decide! Read more
I had a great experience here. My order was ready before I even got my change. Everything was clean and tidy. Maria came out to... clean tables and I asked her if I could get a coffee refill. She went and got it for me. She suggested the survey from the backof my receipt. She was very nice and hospitable. I think that this was the best McDonald's experience that I've ever had. Read more
