Service was horrible, The cashier greeted me with "whatsup" and seemed annoyed when a person that had a hearing impairment was... having a hard time communicating with him. My simple order took literally 12 minutes for a single meal and a coffee. I lookedinto the back and the employees were doing more socializing than preparing food and tending to their customers. This store is the worst cold food long lines. Brand new facility but there is absolutely no sense of urgency or quality of... service or food!! Huge double lines and 2 pickup windows. Please. For the love of God. Save yourself. I was stuck in the drive thru for almost 30 minutes before I could even ORDER food... at the window. Another 10 minutes later I finally get to a point where I could physically escape the line, leave and never eventhink about going back. I don't know what's going on at that place, but until they actually have their "Fast Food" Drive Thruline figured out, I recommend steering clear. Read more
waited in drive thru for ten minutes. then told to go park out front... ten minutes later I got out of the car and as I did here... came the manager with my order. I told her you will refund my money for failure to provide prompt service. she did but chargedme for the drinks... okay.... here's the problem.... I ordered two McDoubles, a large coffee, and large drink. The manager saidshe was waiting for fresh ones for me. Come on McDonalds. You a fast food restaurant and twenty minutes is crazy too long. The new building is much, much better than the old one. No more running out of things all the time. The only thing I will say... is check the contents of your bag before leaving drive thru to make sure your order is accurate. Read more
The night shift manager is highly unprofessional and plain disrespectful. I have frequently come to this location since opening... and when we mentioned the happy meals were missing fries he became Irritated when he returned with the fries there was literallymaybe 5 fries so we than again asked to purchase an additional large fry and he stated to go back to the line we asked for himto come back and speak with us and he just had the worst attitude and dismissed us by walking away saying he sees more than 5fries. This shouldn?t be accepted you work in the industry of customer service if you can?t handle it find a new job I will begoing to corporate the disrespect will not be tolerated this way especially infront if my kids over two kids happy meals not ok. Horribly long wait in line for breakfast, about 30 min. By the time we got to the window they had no issues taking our money but... then when we get to the next window they tell us to go wait in the drive through parking spot. I still don't have my food.People in line are honking and leaving. Absolutely absurd even for McDonald's. Read more
