Restaurant is always clean when I've been there. Pizza made fresh, tastes great, friendly staff.
Made On Demand (MOD). Fascinating to watch the process. They offer eight or ten choices on the menu sign. But you can literally... choose from sauces, cheeses and toppings in a dizzying array. Read more
Completely unprofessional staff. The guy that always wears his hat backwards and is the biggest guy (trying to put it nicely)... never wears gloves even when working with the pizza. He's also on his phone behind the counter and even walked outside when itwent off. Great pizza but the staff have officially ruined it for me at the Tacoma and Lakewood location. I put an online order in for future pick up so i could pick it up during my lunch break. My order never printed. I now have to... sit here and wait and be late from my lunch, or I have to go without eating. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. Firsttime I?ve ever used future pickup, theres an issue, then all the employee had to say was ?stuff happens? so can i just tell myboss that when i get written up? Don?t think that?s acceptable.
