Completely unprofessional staff. The guy that always wears his hat backwards and is the biggest guy (trying to put it nicely)... never wears gloves even when working with the pizza. He's also on his phone behind the counter and even walked outside when itwent off. Great pizza but the staff have officially ruined it for me at the Tacoma and Lakewood location. I put an online order in for future pick up so i could pick it up during my lunch break. My order never printed. I now have to... sit here and wait and be late from my lunch, or I have to go without eating. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. Firsttime I?ve ever used future pickup, theres an issue, then all the employee had to say was ?stuff happens? so can i just tell myboss that when i get written up? Don?t think that?s acceptable. Ordered 4 pizzas on line with my visiting daughter from Brooklyn. I convinced her that she has to try it out because ive never... had a bad pizza or experiance there. Well that changed 5 mins into arriving. We walked im a little bit after we was notifiedonline and the person putting pizzas in looked at us then went to talking to the cashier. No hello, ill be right with you , just one sec, hey dide can would you let them know im busy talking to Becky ill ne right there, no hand gesture, wink, nonothing from anyone for at least 5 mins. So were looking at each other thinking did we just walk into a place of business or isthis a glitch in the matrix? After another couple minutes my daughter says wow they have no hospitality , im NY they enguagewith the people who is bringing in thier money with way more urgency. Maybe because there are 20x more people I replied. Shesays no because they know theyll be taken care of and always have a great experiance. Its a simple way to increase sales. Makessince. Me and my friends went to have lunch there. The pizza was pretty good but we had ordered a pesto and veggie pizza and they had... forgot to tell us they didn?t have pesto sauce. So they gave us our pizza with just cheese and peppers. So they offered to makeus a different pizza for free and said it would be out shortly. We waited about 20mins until I had to go ask where are pizza wasand they had forgot to put a name on it so it was sitting for so long and we got our pizza cold. Absolutely ridiculous! Read more
I just love this place. The staff is awesome, efficient and super helpful. They have healthy options for salads and pizzas. We... got a mod salad and two mod pizzas for about $30. Good for at least dinner and lunch the next day. MOD Pizza is always a goodoption and this location is fantastic. Read more
Other than the extensive mobile orders that come before any in person dining in or ordering to go, that literally had personally... kept my friend and I waiting for nearly an HOUR before we were helped; Their unique ingredients and menu options make this anawesome must-try for any pizza guru or salad bar lover!
