Can you count the amount of pieces i have, no chicken. Even when asked to make sure the portion were scoop size and paid for... EXTRA?.. this place has its ups and down? it?s always running out of something?eggs rolls or sweet and sour sauce?. Sucks thatthis is the closest panda near us?. Would definitely not recommend going through the drive thru ( even tho) when you orderonline they still mess up the order lol?. This is probably THE WORSE Panda Express I?ve been too. Waited 15min for fried rice and yet was still waiting bc they worker... didn?t say she needed fried rice. Ended up just leaving. Second time I went they were out with half their stuff. I have suchvery bad luck with Panda Express this pregnancy ???? Read more

08/24/22 5:40pm-7pm, $80 Online order - prepaid, not ready upon eta, staff ignore me majority of time with only stating they are... working on my order every time I asked, after 80 minutes of poor service I snapped & pointed out how they kept serving walk in& drive thru orders who are not preorders instead of completing my prepaid order, manager finally took charge of there crew &got my order completed. this is unacceptable service & poor training. Not a great experience, just moved to Washington first time here at panda express. Then come in to panda for many years in... California but this was a bad experience very limited menu had to wait for chicken teriyaki if I wanted that so I opt for orangechicken which was available the chow mein was not ready had to wait for that to be cooked. Needless to say I was dissatisfiedwith what I got because of the very limited menu and other items available or we?re not even cook yet am I wrong or is this notsupposed to be fast food shouldn?t they have items cooking already? Anyway ask for extra peppers in the come Powell lady said wecan?t pick through the food and was rude about it again we?ve been going to panda express for many many years never have anyother location ever told us this as a matter fact most say that many people don?t even eat the peppers so they have no problemgiving us extra However this location just said we can?t pick through the food rude, for a punishment for asking for Extra redpeppers we got one just one. Visited again and I would say it was a little better but It took a long time to get served. Thecashier tried to help us as she noticed we were there for a while and the server was busy with a large complicated order. Whenthe cashier did come over and ask us what we would like Angel told her something privately as she walked back to the cashierarea to do nothing but wait for Angel to finish which took a while. I usually get the orange chicken and chow mein plate($10). Whenever I get food from here, rarely do I love everything I ordered.... Which is sad, cause I used to love eating @Panda (off 6th Ave and Pearl St.) It's not that the order is incorrect, but how it'smade. It doesn't taste the way it should. The chow mein tastes weird half the time, it tastes like they don't measure out theiringredients and one part of it is overwhelming and unsavory. Maybe too much sesame oil(?), or maybe cooked too long, ...it'shard to describe. The orange chicken sometimes has too much vinegar in it, but that is a rare mistake for them. The other issueis the fried rice at this location is WAY too dry, but somehow not burnt. So now I go to other places like: Harbor City, LittleTokyo, Yummy's, or even the Tacoma mall for a better meal. Read more
