Ordered a pizza for pick up. It was ready before the estimated time and it was damn near perfect! No complaints.
First time ordering from Papa Johns. Im confused on why they have a section for notes for delivery driver if they dont even look... at them. I asked for a no contact delivery and for the driver to put the pizzas on the table on our porch. Instead they decidedto put the pizza on the ground right below the table. The pizza was good but it baffles me why anyone would put food on theground when there is a table right in front of them??????????? Next time I will pass on the $15+ delivery/tip and pick it upfrom the store myself. Read more
These are supposed to be naked buffalo wings with sauce on the side.I would say these are burnt wing's.I will not get wing's... again from this place.This was my first time getting wing's here. Lesson learned! Read more
This was our first time coming here ordered ahead, got the Italian papadia. What a joke don't waste your time or money. There's... one piece of ham (I believe) and maybe three pieces of sausage on either half the bread is dry and it just sucks! Verydisappointed... Read more
Changing my review from 1 star to 3. This Papa John?s location did severely mess up my order last week, with bad undercooked... food and something completely different from what I ordered. They did, however, contact me very quickly and offer me a redo ofmy order. I am glad their customer service is great and they will make it right when something is wrong. Still upset that myorder was wrong initially because I didn?t get dinner that night because of it. I am keeping the photos of last week on thisreview, new photos of this week is at the bottom. I love ordering pizza fro this location! They?re customer service is amazing! The sweetheart Sierra helped me with an online... mishap where my purchase didn?t fully go through when I ordered online. So I made an order over the phone for their special andshe treated me so well over the phone and when I came into the store. The pizza is very yummy as well! Read more
Order tonight and got cold crushed pizza's. It also took them 30 min to drive 2.8 miles, should have only taken 8 minutes for it... to arrive. Normally we have no issues with Papa John's but after tonight probably going to be ordering from Pizza Hut. Read more
