Absolutely horrible service. No customers when I walked in, so I figured this would be really quick. Man at the counter had a... flashlight on his head, that he was shining in my eyes when I talked to him. He gave me a menu and I waited 10 minutes for himto take my order FROM THE COUNTER, he never walked over to the table, I had to turn my body completely around to order. After Iordered, he demanded I pay right away for eating in the sit down restaurant. I told him I'd pay when I was finished and hestarted shouting at me, "that's up to you" to the point that it was so uncomfortable I left. I don't know what his problem was,if he doesn't like running a restaurant but I'll never go back. Read more

Mr. Owner was very lazy, very rude, very impatient & provided horrible Customer Service. It was our very first time there &... definitely be our last cause of him!!! We had to grab our own menus from where he was sitting & seat ourselves at the table. Itfelt self served. Every time we needed something, we had to wave him down cause he just sat there on his computer. We waited fora while until he took our order and another 30mins - 45mins for our food. Our small pho noodle soup were too small compare toother Pho places we been to, and the broth was not Hott and tasteful!! Eggrolls & Fried Rice was Ok. Overall - Very badexperience! Which explains why their restaurant was very empty. Never again???????? Read more

Looks can be deceiving. The place was empty and the ambience dingy. Ordering your meal at the register and paying ahead is not... my idea a sit down restaurant. Fortunately the Pho (P6) was good and the A1 fried egg roll a treat. Read more

We went for dinner. I ordered Banh Mi Dac Biet Viet without the beef (Special Vietnamese Sandwich with Beef, Pork, Chicken). ... Stephen ordered Pho Tai Gau (Steak Fat Brisket Pho) and a Fried Egg Roll to share. The Banh Sandwich was strange. Granted I didask to leave off the beef, but still the sandwich came on a hoagie roll with very little ingredients and didn't offer muchflavor. Stephen gave me his white onions and jalapeno peppers from his soup and that helped. Stephens Pho was okay but he hashad better soup in Tacoma Lincoln District. We had driven by this one while doing errands and thought we could stop in to tryit. The Fried Egg Roll was strange, too. The filling was a cross between minced mushrooms or some type of meat that wentthrough the grinder. Read more

The owner does not know how to explain what is in his menu dishes, is ruder after I asked him to help me out with his menu. I... asked for a specific dish basically and flipped out saying I had to choose from the menu. I asked if a certain dish had salad, and puts his head in his hands says omg... He was inpatient and I said It is best I leave, he must be having a hard time. If youwant bad, rude and horrible service, go to this restaurant. It smells like mildew in there too. I left and didn't orderanything. Read more

The food was great. I had the veggie pho with veggie spring rolls. My wife had the classic pho. Food was great. The prices were... decent, too However, they could use a decor update. The deer head seems out of place. Read more
