So healthy the food is...I love it everytime I go
They don?t close at 7pm they close when they want to ????. So don?t make a special trip for it bc you will likely be... disappointed. We went there before 6pm, door was locked but open sign was on. When I called, the guy mentioned it was slow sothey closed. I love pita pit. Hopefully my timing will be right next time. Or at least the sign will be off so I?m not excitedfor nothing. ???? Ordered my food on the website for pick up. I get to the store and they don?t allow me in and ask me to go stand on line at the... drive thru. What?s the point. Stood on line for 15 minutes. No point in ordering on line and waiting in drive thru. I will nevercome here again. Read more
Received my order. Opened the wrap and the pita is stuck to the paper. Then all of the contents fell out. So instead of a pita... I?m eating a salad. Not a happy customer ???? Read more
I'm not sure if the kid was high o what but we had to wait around 8 min for anyone to show up at the register, none of the 4... items we ordered matched at all, mi wife wanted to build her salad and he just gave us a bowl with mainly lettuce and tomato. Read more
If I was reviewing just the food, I'd give 5 stars. Because honestly, you can't get a better meal. Manny was the best employee... this place ever had. his charm & genuine compassion made the overly priced food worth it. Hard to be sad when someone cheerfullymakes your overly-customized order, serves it with a smile, that says "you're appreciated" seriously though, my biggestcomplaint is being charged per type of cheese, $1.00 for a tiny dot of hummus, another $1 for a tiny dot of avacado, andprobably for a cup of water Read more

Absolutely Horrible customer service!!!!It use to be my FAVORITE spot when Manny, Leon and Mr. Green worked there! Almost a year... ago! We were regulars! Now They have only one person running the store every time! I went in to make my order. There was nobodyin the building at the time except my son and I. He was making someones online order. Once he was done he looked at me and as hewas walking back to the back of the building he said ?I?m taking a break come back in about 25 min?. I said Um excuse me I don?thave time for that can you just make my pita there is nobody in here then go take ur break. He said NO! Told me to leave and hecalled security for me to leave cause he couldn?t take a break with me in there. All while my son was using there bathroom. Herefused to tell me his name or his boss?s name! Young, tall, Caucasian male! Has no customer service skills and verydisrespectful!! I will travel the distance needed to go to a different location just so we don?t have to experience that againor deal with him! Read more
