Customer service wasnt bad. It could use some improvements but I did come in 10 mins before they close. So I kinda... understand. If I could I would rate 0 stars. I placed an order through the doordash app And noticed there was no option to add red pepper... flakes with my pizza order. After I placed the order I contacted the store To ask if there was any way they could be added tothe order. This became a matter for management so when I spoke to a male manager there, He basically told me that he cannot giveaway free stuff And there was nothing he could do. I explained the pepper flakes were for my child who absolutely adores them onhis pizza and I also explained how if I had the option to pay extra I would however the option was not available on doordash andhe stated he could not charge me for them And would not offer as I asked a one time courtesy for them. When I stated to him Ihad almost the same issue with a different pizza place the other pizza place had no issue with providing a complimentary servicesince I provided them my business. He argued with me stating that because the other pizza place I named doesn't charge for whatI asked for he cannot ,Give away free stuff.' When I stated the pizza place which I have ordered from multiple times does infact charge extra for what I asked for and still had no issue with providing me complimentary service, he was combative Withthe idea of providing me the same customer service. When I then threatened to cancel the order because of the principle forthe need for better customer service he Was OK with that. I canceled my order and I ordered from Little Caesars who I thencalled and asked them to add red pepper flakes which they had no problems whatsoever. The manager at this Pizza Hut the malemanager Stated that the red pepper flakes now come in shaker containers which Kept him from allowing me to Have any when Isimply was not given the opportunity to pay for them. I have figured out this location. If you tip well, even when you carryout, you get amazing food. When you don't tip well, you... get bad food. This picture should be a hand tossed crust. It is thin, overcooked, and tough. It might as well be a thin andcrispy. I order from this location at least 3-4 times a month, always carryout. I normally tip 7-10$. This time I tipped $3because their website was charging me an extra 3$ for my $10 one topping carryout because my other pizza was a stuffed crust. SoI took it off the tip. My son is 6 and has no top teeth, he can barely eat this pizza. I cut off the crust and cut it intopieces. But know I know if I can't tip enough, I'm going to Domino's. Read more

The manger is a joke, caught an attitude with me because THEY canceled my order without knowledge and told me i had to pay cash... at the door. Went back and forth with her because i waited 2 hours and then had to deal with that and she hung up on me. Betterbe happy i wasn?t up there.
