For customers who order via the Pizza Hut website, do not leave a tip!!! They have door dash drivers delivering their pizzas.... The drivers do NOT get the tip. The store keeps it. I spoke to Nick a manager there. He said, he Doesn?t know where the tipgoes, that he?s ONLY there for the paycheck. I?ve contacted corporate. And waiting for a response. As a delivery driver on theweekends - they basically stole $20 in tip money. The customers think/believe that money is going to their driver. Sad. So yourtip is being stolen by Pizza Hut. Read more

We ordered a dinner pizza on 10/21/2022 at 5:45 pm. The pizza never arrived and when asked why after being on hold for approx.... 37 minutes the person claiming to be store manager gave the excuse that alot of orders got " mixed up that phnoe call was at7:23 pm. By then we were really upset and explained our concern and was told by the same person that we could get a refund,butit will not come directly back on card until it clears the bank. FOOD POISONING!!! Ordered online this past Thursday at 6:21pm for pick-up. 1 order of 8 piece boneless garlic parmesean and 6... piece bone in burnin hot... needless to say I should have read the reviews on this place. My husband and I both got foodpoisoning from this place. Only thing I'm grateful for is that we only got this for ourselves and left our kids out of thisbecause..... wheewhh. Just never again! For over 10 years this place always has my pizza ready fast and the staff are always friendly. Whoever owns this place picks... good managers that ensure staff are content if not happy and that supply is consistent. Other than that, this is a typical pickup or deliver Pizza Hut so you know what you are getting. Read more
Since our local hut closed we're giving the next closest a try. The three pizzas we ordered looked and tasted like we remember.... Great job on the pies. The cinnamon bread left a lot to be desired. They're under cooked. My wife is trying to finish them inthe oven. Would have been 5 stars but for the cinnamon bread. Read more
It's astonishing that this particular store just flat out can't make pizzas. 3 pizza's I ordered tonight had 1/2" of crust with... no seasoning, no cheese, just lots of crust. I don't order from here often due to previous prior issues, but once in awhile I'llgive them a try and get reminded, that this store doesn't know how to make a pizza!!! I'll just go to 104th and pacific pizzahut, they have competent people there. Read more
I would like my order to be correct, everything about it was wrong. And I'd like to be able to contact the store. I was on hold... for an hour to see if I needed to exchange pizzas or get a whole new order first and someone would answer at the call center,but put me on hold for the store, who never answered and hung up on me twice. I finally gave up and cut my losses. I think thepizza was a meat lover's pizza so it was extra greasy and soggy. Not eating here again. Read more
