This location is a joke. I ordered a 5pc spicy tender combo with Cajun fries online for carryout. When I arrived they asked if I... would be ok with mild tenders or wait 5 minutes for spicy tenders. I said I would wait and of course 15 minutes later my foodgets brought out. Since I have had issues here before I checked my order and I have Mac and cheese that's cold and mashedpotatoes. When I went in to get the right side I was told they were out of fries so they gave me that to substitute. No sweetheat sauce either. I drive all the way home to find out that I have 2 spicy tenders and the rest are regular tenders. This is alack of integrity and respect for people who are spending their hard earned money. No one made these people apply here so atleast do the job you are getting PAID to do. If the mistakes were taken out of employee paychecks I'm sure the quality wouldimprove. Worse service ever. This location is so poorly managed. Never have orders done in time, there is always a wait 15-30min wait,... even more sometimes. Not enough chickens, there's a wait. Not enough tenders, there's a wait. Today I wait 30 min to come up tothe mic to have them tell me I cant order this because there's not enough. And this was my first time back in months and stillno change in how they operate. Poor service, poor manage. They have no clue in running this place. People are upset anddisappointed. Staff was very nice! Food was awful. Worst Popeyes I?ve ever had. Handed me soda with no syrup. Turned out they were out of... almost every soda syrup? they forgot my biscuit. They put gallons of mayo on my gross soggy sandwich. They gave me a bowl ofgravy with a little bit of mashed potatoes in it instead of mashed potatoes? not happy with this place and won?t be coming backagain. Read more
Tried to order two 3 piece dark meals but was told that they couldn't do customized orders. I get that it was 45 minutes before... closing and needing to get rid of food, but you could also mention to customers that they can't customize the food and do so ina respectful manner bc we were told only that they were out of chicken sandwiches. Sat in the dining room for a good 20 minutes waiting for our food. Manager finally started asking the crew what we were waiting... for and it sounded like they were trying leave and just ignored our order completely. Manager ended up picking our order butmissed one of the meals we had ordered. At this point we didn?t care to bring it up, ate what we did get and left. Line in theplace just kept growing and service for everyone seemed super slow. I just went through the drive-thru, I ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches and a 3 piece blackened tender with mashed potatoesfor... the side. I was told to pull to the front because my order was not ready yet. I went in to check on my order after THIRTYMINUTES, STILL NOT READY! Seven minutes later, now at almost 40 minutes for 2 sandwiches and 3 tenders finally came out. Nobag, no sauce, no napkins, no spoon for mashed potatoes!!!
