Arrived right on opening time (10am) on a Sunday. When I read that it was a seafood joint that's dog friendly - it didn't take... long to convince me to try this place. Plus with beautiful views too! First to be seated so we chose a place that was shaded onthe patio. My friend and I ordered the shrimp Louie salad and it was so refreshing for a warm morning! I ordered the pup chowfor my dog and they provided two extra dog treats for him and served in such a cute dog bowl. I ordered the clam chowder cupand was told that there was a 30 minute wait for it since it doesn't really get ready until 30 minutes after opening. No problemas I was not in a rush. The clam chowder was really good, probably one of the best I had. It did not have the salty seafoodtaste that some places have. And it was not too overly creamy. Our server was on top of it and very friendly too. Great servicecoupled with good food. Also read the signs upon parking. Some parking in the lot is available for restaurant customers, whileothers are not, and it's color coded. This was a very convenient stop on the way from Leavenworth. Place was busy on a Saturday night. Found a seat by the patio. Food was good, our server was super sweet. Handling her tables... like a boss. We had a fish sandwich and fish and chips(sub salad). Saw the menu online and really wanted the Chowder but theywere out. Definitely gonna check this place out again, we enjoyed ourselves and the vibe here. Update: 7/22 we stopped by midafternoon, they DID have the chowder available. It was pretty good, I?d give it ????????. It was served in a bread bowl(theyhave different options), which is the way I prefer. Still a great experience. The server who helped us was very engaging andfun. We were looking for a dog-friendly place to have lunch. This place is amazing! They even have a a few "pup cups" on the menu.... The patio area is great, and our waitress, Caitlin, was awesome. Her whole vibe made our experience even better, and she broughtout a big bowl of water for our dog. The food is really good too. We ordered a sandwich and a wrap, and everything tasted superfresh. Definitely gonna hit this place a few more times this summer! Read more
I haven't been to the Rock the Dock for year's when I was a boater. I was so happy to see Bartender Loren was still slinging... drinks. She was amazing and always provides excellent customer service to everyone. I will be back with my neighbor's andfriends. I appreciate Loren and her great Bar skillset. Peace Farmer J ???? Read more
