Been coming here for tens years between this location and spanaway location. This chef I got was nice but did not do tricks. I... also added family on to our reservation, 5 people to 10. At the end of dinner we went to pay and they added a service chage.(Telling me how much to tip, mind you this is a high end restaurant I definitely planned on a tip.) I'm definitely not comingback and highly disappointed. The food was not nearly as good and the sizes have definitely decreased, I can see why they werenot busy. I went here for a birthday dinner on 1/19/2020. It was the WORSE service and entertainment ever. The waitress barely came to the... table. The chef was so beyond mess throwing food at customers around us. It was horrible!! I complained to the manager (female)and she just did not even care. I have been to this location and establishment since they were built in Spanaway. I have neverever left there without tipping but the service and experience last NIGHT! The atmosphere and food show were great however the food quality was not worth $200.00 ( we had 2 adults and 2 kids). The... waitress brought the bill while we were still eating which was annoying but then she returned not even two minutes later forpayment. While we were still eating! My husband gave her his card then she came back with his reciept and our desert while wewere still eating! We wernt even there an hour! We spent almost $200 to basically be pushed out the door. Our chef was superdisorganized he kept dropping things, spilled soy sauce all over our table and made the wrong food.Will not be back!! My husbandis a fine dining chef so maybe our expectations are too high but the people that are saying this place is great must not havevery high expectations and for $200 for 4 people We should not have been pushed out the door! Normally we love this place, but tonight fell short. Our cook must have been new because he had a really hard time, cooking , ... portion sizes and he didn't put on any show. All the other chefs were very entertaining . We will definitely return becauseeveryone has a bad day and I hope our next visit will be better. Read more
Newly opened satellite location of existing location of Sumner but just as good. Delicious food and friendly chefs make it a fun... dinner spot. A little pricey though so be prepared. Read more
