I've been here a few times and they've messed up my order every single time. They are out of stock on (no exaggeration) half... their menu every time I've been. This most recent visit my burger bun was so soggy that I (again, no exaggeration) felt bilecreep up my throat as the bun dissolved in my hands. I don't know what the problem is here but they might as well close up shopbecause this is just vile. The only fast food chain I enjoy has really gone downhill it seems. Read more
It's been a long time since I have been to Sonic drive in. It was worth the wait! If you download the app you can get a discount... on your order. So if I were you I would definitely go that route. Because like everything in this world prices are going up. I'mjust glad they offer a discount. I ordered the churro milk shake and OMG let me tell you how delicious it was!! It was so danggood I wish I could visit them every day and order one. But I don't think my pants or my wallet would like that lol Read more
I only order the pretzels and a lime slush, it?s always a greasy pretzel and sugary diabetes slush, I love it so much and it?s... vegan! My kids love the hamburger, hot dog (watch out though someone there hates hot dogs and tries to drown them in ketchup!),corn dog, French fries (I do not care for them) and chicken tenders. I don?t know what happened. I asked for a grilled chicken wrap. Every Sonic I have gone to in the last 10 years has been able to... figure it out. Grilled chicken sandwich, in a tortilla instead of a bun. First they said they can?t do it. Then they said theycan give me the chicken, and a tortilla, but they?d have to upcharge me for the tortilla. Ok. Upcharge me for thetortilla. They asked if I wanted lettuce or tomato. I said yes?it?s a grilled chicken sandwich, but in a tortilla. This iswhat they came up with. A piece of chicken, and a tortilla. That they upcharged me for. they turned off the shake machine at 8pm... Now that we're getting into summer they might want to keep it running until later at... night. The employees were great. Food was good aside from not being able to order the one drink that I came for. Read more

I decided to try the app out and the drive-thru. Yes, I know that sounds very conflicting. However, I wanted to see the ending... results with both. Was very impressed with the service all around. The Drive-Thru attendand was the younger female with glasses.Very nice, ultra friendly, plus extremely polite. Which is something I see less at certain . The young female (Nay) with bluenails was kind and nice enough to bring me my shake that I ordered from the App. Was worth the drive to come from Federal Way,WA. Please reward, your two wonderful workers for all of the, Elite Customer Service they provide to customers like myself. Read more
I spent thirty minutes in the drive thru this afternoon, I was behind someone who clearly didn?t know the menu, wanted things... changed around, and then had an issue of some kind at the window. I was still very respectful to the employees because I know itwasn?t their fault but I?d be lying if I said I still expected to be charged. I?ve been to McDonald?s and had similarexperiences and they always give me something for free or take money off the cost for the inconvenience. This wasn?t offered tome. All I ordered was a large cherry limeade and a small order of tots. $6 and some change. Speaking of change, I had to waitanother five minutes for it because they didn?t have $0.45 readily available at the window. The food tasted fine but was a bitsad looking. I enjoy stopping at Sonic for a quick snack every now and then but when it takes thirty minutes it?s not so ?quick?anymore. Read more
