Their supply chain issues are causing lots of shortages. Then when you order, it's like they are distracted because they don't... repeat correctly. Finally, when you get your food, don't pull away until you double check EVERYTHING, they forgot a sandwich,they didn't give the extra bacon and they didn't add pickles to the other one. I already have three $5 gift cards because ofanother mess up. It's just disappointing because it used to be a fun, fresh, tasty place to go. Read more

This was probably the worst Sonic experience I've had. The hot dog was gross, the milkshake was like a big thick vanilla... milkshake with a glob of strawberry jelly on top, spilling down the side. The only thing good about our $25 meals were the tatertots and the drive thru gentleman was super friendly. I had been bragging about how good sonic was to my mother and sadly shewill probably never go to another one because of this experience being her first. Read more

I ordered a hotdog MEAL and a burger MEAL...the young lady taking the order asked if I would like fries or tots with my meals... and I chose tots. It was like 90°outside and it was a very long wait in line...when I finally got to the window and got my bagof food we began to drive off as I checked my order; there was a hot dog and a burger in the bag (with a BUNCH of ketchup andranch packets...) NO TOTS!!! Ugh! I had to go back through the line all over again to get them....and no one offered anything tomake up for the hassle or anything!?!? Not to mention, my "pretzel dog" was SO tiny!! The stalls are closed. We ordered on the app, and were forced to wait 45 minutes in the drive thru (cause no refunds). The BBQ... popcorn chicken wasn't correct - more like weird nuggets with a side of BBQ sauce? It's fine if you're out of things, but tellus that rather than covering it up. They forgot a pretzel, but added a half order of tots randomly. It's very weird, took waytoo long, and no mention of the wait at all. Don't recommend unless you're desperate for the slushie. I get that it's packed and might be short staffed but 3 times in a row my order has been incorrect. For some reason the drive... through box is extremely quite or the server is just talking quietly and when asked to speak up they don't (might be the problemwith the incorrect orders being placed). Got a shake that had the dome lid not properly placed on and spilled in my car. Not abig deal just cleaned it up myself, it happens. But spilling the shake made me see that some of the ingredients I asked to beput in there where not put in the shake, pretty upsetting to lose half the shake in your car (stick mess but cleanable) andrealize you didn't get what you ordered. I've always loved coming to sonic for the drive in stalls, gives such nostalgia and is the highlight of the franchise, yet every... time I come to this location, the stalls are coned off and/or staff have parked their vehicles in them, leaving theminaccessible. There was a sleeping bag on the ground right outside the side of their building. The food quality has alsodrastically dropped the past few times I've been here. Read more

I live right down the street from this place. I have attempted to eat here a hand full of times and every time I am even more... disappointed. I have never once gotten my correct order. Something is always missing or incorrect. I have never once been ableto order food in their drive through and have it take less than 45 minutes. During my last visit I saw that there were only twoother cars in line. I assumed that I would be able to get my food pretty quickly seeing as I was on a time crunch. Nope. Over 45minutes. All I wanted was some chicken strips and tots. When I finally got my food from the rude drive through lady who was notwearing a mask, hairnet, or sonic uniform I made my way to work. Upon opening my meal, I found a cold chicken patty that was cutinto strips and thrown in the box with some tots. It appeared to be cooked all the way through so I ate it. Within an hour I hadvomited 3 times and ended up having to leave work. I have ate at several sonic restaurants and I know what sonic chicken stripslook like. And these are not it. I tried calling the store with no answer. I messaged Sonics corporate page on Facebook with noreply. The visit before this one, I had made.a large order of over $50. When I got home and started handing food out to myfamily OVER HALF of the order was missing and what was there was incorrect.
