I go there every time we need to grab groceries from Fred Meyer. Staff is respectful and attentive to details when it comes to... orders. I was surprised that they never messed up my drink during my multiple visits over there. My experience with otherlocations is not good, because they forget details like the soy milk or the extra pump or shot...etc. This one so far has beengood. I think the baristas are more relaxed because this branch is not as busy as the other locations, which why we go therebecause of Wuhan Virus. Less hands mean more clean. Read more
Barista's are awesome but inconsistent (most all Starbucks have this issue, FL and WA). Used to get White Tea Lemonade. Lemonade... now sucks so my drink had to change. Now I get a Mango Dragonfruit, no water add black tea. And it's anyone's bet if it will bedone correctly. Need to allow tips on debit cards. Carry Spindrift!! Read more
I love the service that I normally get. My flat white has always been very good. However, last night I ordered a flat white. I... got the drink and it burned my lip so bad. I had to pull the cup away quickly which it caused me to spill on my top. I haveblisters across the inside of bottom lip. She was so rude when I complained. She rolled her eyes and then proceeded ti ignoreme. I ask her for a cup of water so that I could get coffee out of top. My lip was so painful that I couldn?t drink for hours. Iwent to customer service desk they gave me $6 back for my drink. Obviously, this woman that served my drink around 4:30 pm needsnot to be working with people. What?s more, she needs to be taught to use tools to make sure coffee is not to hot. Read more
Starbucks needs to have better more uninformed trained staff. I found this Starbucks was not good at making coffee. I didnt... order anything fussy or complicated, my order was of the seasonal coffee drinks and my friend ordered a mint mocha. Both drinkswere hot but both Drinks had literally no flavor. I have found that Starbucks quality greatly differs from location to locationand this location, or at least this Batista, had terrible quality. Read more
