Basic subway sandwich,although I had to add my own mayo & mustard,and salt & pepper because the woman who couldn't keep her... kid's screaming down to a reasonable level made it impossible to order. I feel sorry for the nice young girl working there,I'msure she has to deal with alot but it was really not hard to be irritated by it. Will I go again ? Probably not because whowants to pay 14 buck's for a sandwich that I basically had to reconstruct at home. Read more
Never pre order your sandwiches here. They were really stingy on the sauce and meat (got half the amount than usual) then... forgot to toast and add olives, picklesand parmesan cheese to one sandwich. Then they put the wrong sauce, toasted when theyshouldn't have and was stingy again with the meat on the other sandwich. Your service should be as good via online as it is inperson. Not cool dudes. I always appreciate this location's speed and accuracy when it comes to orders. The restrooms need some TLC though.
If I could give them no stars, I would. The music was so loud in the store I could barely hear the counter person that took my... order! She practically put a whole jar of mayo on my sandwich. It was so soggy that I couldn't eat it. Needless to say, I won'tbe going back and I will warn others to stay away! Read more
The staff is very friendly, the service is good and very fast, the place is very clean. The only thing missing is to write on... the sandwiches which was which, we had to open all of them to know which one belonged to each person. Love the sandwiches in general but the staff are really what keep me coming back, nearly every time I've gone in I've been given... exceptional service. My most recent visit was with Marilyn (sorry if misspelled!) she/they assisted me with an issue I had withthe subway website accidentally placing my order for the following day instead of today. Rather than sending me on my wayMarilyn promptly told me how to resolve the issue as well as made me the sandwich on the spot even though the store was startingthe process of closing. Amazing service and if at all possible, Marilyn deserves some sort of reward from Subway! Read more
This was the worst place ever. Ordered a very over priced salad and got something that could have all (entire) salad in a 1 cup... measuring cup. Don't even get me started on the grub hub driver. Glad I don't live here in Tacoma. Read more
The woman who worked on 12/05/2022 @ 10:58 am was down right rude and nasty for no reason. She was asked to mark sandwiches... because they were similar but slightly different in which she tried disputing writing at our request. Her attitude is downright nasty and doesn't make it a good look for subway. I'd give you zero stars if I could! Read more
