Hey Subway, try paying your employees a living wage. If you do, maybe you won't have a line to the door with just one poor,... stressed out employee trying to keep up with online orders and everyone in the store as well, during the lunch rush. Or theowner/management could try showing up themselves to take up the slack. The owner of this location should be ashamed ofthemselves. The one employee who was there was very sweet and polite, though visibly stressed. Made me a great sandwich after Iwaited in line for over half an hour. Read more

This subway has a very nice interior. I love the colors of the brick accents and interior color choices in general. Very... inviting feel inside of this location. Great for a quick stop as this location has rarely been busy. Read more

Placed and paid for an order online, showed up to pick it up 15 mins later and the employee had to unlock the door and tell me... they're closing early. I said but I have an online order. He said "you should be able to cancel it." I said why would I cancel,I already paid for it, it let me order,and your sign says you don't close until 8. This was about 630pm but this time because Ihad been waiting to get his managers info. He said "you hear that dinging sound? That's your online order trying to come throughand as long as I don't accept it, it shouldn't charge you." I said it would have been helpful to know that you weren't going tomake my order before I wasted half my lunch half hour trying to get food here. So now I'm stuck without a lunch because thisdude got my order at a few minutes to 6,decided not to make it, decided not to have the system cancel or refuse it on his end,and I'm now out of time to go anywhere else. If the dude had just made it as soon as it came in (just a BMT wrap) or at leastcanceled so I'd get a notification, I wouldn't be going hungry tonight. Super cool of you Subway! Read more
