It's been a decade since I went to a Taco Bell and I'd forgotten the reason I stopped going, despite liking their food - they... always mess up my order. I went through their drive thru several times and never had any issues. They were always friendly even though they always seem... busy, and never messed up on any orders. Portions and taste are also good for the price. I want to give a special shout out toTina and Kat as they were very friendly and quick-thinking. Out of many choices of fast food around the area I went to Taco belltoday because the app showed that I have a birthday reward. However when i finally got through the drive thru line, they saidthat is through the app only, and that it would take 7+min to process. But since I was already in the drive thru line, she wasconsiderate enough to give another little snack (cinnamon twist, my favorite!) for free instead, rather than having me do it onthe app then wait all over again in line. The reviews here are quite dramatic, I come to this Taco Bell because they have always been consistently great and friendly.... I?ve never had an issue with my food or any employee. I just stopped in today the person I spoke to at the window was great, andthe food was good. It?s fast food so don?t expect gourmet, be nice to people that feed you. Their job is rough. Read more

I love Taco Bell and am a frequent customer but the drive thru employee by the name of Gigi with red short hair wasn?t pleasant.... Her customer service was 3/10. She seems like she hates her job, I know working at the drive thru is stressful but thatshouldn?t be an excuse to be rude. Please do better. Read more

Absolutely terrible location. Every SINGLE time my order is wrong, and I wish I was exaggerating. I never go to this location,... but it?s the closest one to me so that?s the one DoorDash orders from. I don?t eat meat, so I always go in and specify no beefand pay extra for beans, even though substituting in store is free, just to put the odds of actually not getting meat in myfavor. But no. Once I did go in person to this location and it took forever for someone to take my order. When finally I pulledup to a window to pay and get my food (which was made incorrectly, of course) I saw employees laughing and goofing off andwaited longer than needed to be assisted. Terrible experience. They were out of basically everything. Ended up spending twice as much as I planned which would be okay if... they three items I ordered were made correctly. I was very specific to have no sour cream on my nachos. When I saw sour cream onthem I pointed it out. The guy working the window told me he couldn?t fix it. I wasn?t going to spend more to correct it so Iwas forced to settle with an incorrect order. I?ve had situations where they messed up and in the past employees have alwaysbeen happy to correct their error and give me the correct food. I?ve never heard of them not correcting a mistake on their own.Not sure if he just didn?t want to do it or if it?s a new policy but it?s extremely upsetting. Read more

This place seems poorly ran. The employees are not very professional and give attitude to patrons. I understand most of the time... but they had like 15 employees on shift. Drive thru is king and the people waiting inside are averaging on 20-30 min waits forsimple orders. I saw a girl wait so long that she just left. I just wanted a quick bite to eat but it would?ve been faster to goto a sit down place at this point. Read more

i came through got chicken sandwich tacos with no chipotle ended up with chipotle called and talked to tammy was told to come in... whenever in the next few days to get replacement i came in 2 days after and they said i cant get it without her being here and iwas never told that. i went through the drive through after i was told that bought a chicken sandwich taco with no chipotle and2 cheesy roll ups and my chicken was old and my cheesy roll ups had basically no cheese. this taco bell always gets my orderwrong or messes up. went through again tonight 9/29 got a cheese quesadilla was given a chicken one with tomato and no saucewent back through got a replacement but my sides of sauces arent even full why am i paying $1 for extra sides of sauce when youcant even fill the container.
