So came here late to grab dinner for my boys and the line was all the way around the building and back out the parking lot.... This Taco Bell needs to get it together second time I go through drive through and no breakfast and it?s breakfast hour 3rd time... it was closed the drive thru and can only order through the app. Management needs to manage their business better and starthiring people your losing money that way! I walk in waiting at the counter for 5 minutes everyone has seen me walked past me and no one says anything finally I asked for... help they said you have to use the kiosk to do your own ordering. 1st no one would tell me that and I needed help to order mykids taco and no one would help when I asked.. Man. Another example of service going straight down the toilet. I can understand bad days, but it seems pretty consistent at... this point. Anyone in the lobby (delivery drivers or customers alike) is put on the backburner while the drive thru isserviced, and at least three times now I've waited for over 30 minutes before receiving the order that I was there to pick up. One time the manager even walked through the lobby and gave everyone a $20 voucher because of the wait. And it seems to comefrom the top as the managers that are on duty are also slow moving and not seeming to care about the issues. There is oneemployee who is constantly greeting customers and being wonderful, and her name is Velma. Aside from here it seems no one elseat this location cares anymore. Read more

Terrible experience! After a long day I just wanted to get something quick and go home. I found out when I got home that they... put beef on my food even though I asked them not to. The receipt was correct but the food was not. Still, people make mistakes.For some reason though when I pulled up to the window there were 5 teenagers there. The food was a disaster even for Taco Belland two of the people that spoke were both super nasty and rude to me (the cashier and the person who made the food).
