Ordered takeout during covid times and during the pierce county restaurant rally so 30% off order. Be aware of a couple things,... burgers are cooked to medium unless requested otherwise which means they are quite pink. Patties are hand formed. Ordered overthe phone and requested to minus a topping which didn’t’ happen but not a huge deal. Decent burgers. However, orderedpopcorn chicken for the kids and the chicken bites literally had NO chicken in them. It was just repeatedly fried pieces ofdough with normal chicken seasoning. Hard as rocks. Very strange. Notified the restaurant and they offered to make it right witha gift card. Good job on customer service. Didn’t take them up on it but they did the right thing. Onion rings are good.Kettle chips seem more from a bag than house. Fries are breaded which is not my favorite but decent flavor. Friendly staff andeffortless ordering and pickup. Read more
Overpriced and mediocre food. The cheese curds are good but not $15 good. I had the bacon burger & the bun was soggy not 10... minutes after I brought it home. And the fried pickles are spicy & disgusting. Everything tasted cheap considering what you payfor it. Red Robin would have been a better option. Read more
Ordered two burgers - one lettuce wrapped - and they were superb! Family owned joint and they included a note about how they... started and it added a personal touch. Really appreciate when business owners encourage feedback too...not that we had any. Itwas delish, reasonably priced and we will be ordering from them again! Read more
Great tasty burgers. You get a lot for your money. Do not be scared of the prices if you're offering through a delivery app.... They have other specials for pickup that is really recommend. The burger with cheese curds was delicious and the one with theblue cheese was nice and pungent, hard to find quite like that. All in all, it's not the best burger in town, but it's damn goodwith a home style taste. Read more
The buns bigger than the burger patty but the patty is really tasty! They have lots of tables for seating.
We ordered burgers through Postmates and the food is absolutely fantastic!!! Everything about the burgers are high quality from... the meat to the veggies. The fries are super crispy and flavorful. Once Covid is over, we'll be sure to dine in as they havesome amazing drink specials and entertainment. I can't wait! Read more
Food is amazingly delicious. We got the fried pickles, awesome cowboy burgers, and cheese curd burger. The best food we have... had since before Covid started.... we have only eaten mainly chains since Covid. Tacoma Burger Co. was a breath of fresh air. We drove over from Covington and it was worth the drive. Read more
Burger was okay, but waitress was super unfriendly and even tried to short change me on the tab. I had lunch on 8/14/22. Won't... be back. Wait staff should be better trained on customer service. :-( Read more
