Wow, unexpected fabulous food located in a hotel lobby. Our waiter took care of our every need and provided very professional... service. I had the Caesar Salad and the chicken was absolutely delicious and very tender. The steaks were cooked perfectly asordered and the fries were crispy and seasoned well. Stayed here last month. The food was good once it showed up, but the service was complete trash, I finally had to go to the bar... and ask for silverware. It wasn't even busy that night. At 260 a night with a city view comes a reasonable expectation ofservice, it's really the basics though. It was a quick get away for a 2yr anaversary. I have not been left with a very positiveimpression. The security guard working the parking garage entrance left the best impression there is to be had. He hadintegrity, he was incredibly helpful and easy to talk to. Additional unresolved issue: I was charged a fee that was supposed tobe automatically reversed, but it never was. I've left my name and number with the appropriate personel and realized that it'sbeen 3+ weeks and no one has called me back, left a voice, or reached out through email. Read more
Went to the Greatroom before attending Elton John at the T. Dome. Things were hopping because of E.J. And MNF. The Greatroom... team did a nice job. Salad was great, nice glass of wine and I enjoyed my entree. The Greatroom is also only 1/2 block from theLink rail and they have a nice parking garage. Read more
