Update: went back and the GM had a nasty attitude was unwrapping and touching people's food with her hands after touching money... and blatantly ignoring customers and tried to refuse me a refund. Disgusting behavior will not be back. Would give 0 stars if Icould. Husband says he's was rushed through the drive through and the guy almost forgot a majority of the food when trying toget him to leave on top of that I get home and find a hair in my food. I have short hair for a woman and my husband has shorthair so there is absolutely no way the hair is mine. Photo attached. Will update after trying to get a refund for my meal. Read more
Went through drive thru that was busy. Hamburgers had 2 slices of pickles which were hard to bite and a slice of onion that was... hard to chew. Fries & burgers were just warm. Used to go there a lot, but won't go back. Sorry. Read more
AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE. Absolutely the worst fast food experience I have had in my entire life. I went inside for the... freestyle coke machine. Instead I sat in line to order for 15 min inside the store. There was a line to order and no one insidethe store taking orders. After 15 min waiting to order and pay for food, we gave up. We decided our business would be bettersomewhere else that wants our money. To Wendy?s Corporation, this place need a serious change. You would have made 4x if youhad functional workers and processes. The regional manager needs to either clean up this restaurant or be fired. Service is absolutely slow no matter the time of day or if it's drive-thru or dine-in. When picking up orders, nothing is ready... and they won't even make it until you check-in ,which nothing is posted to check-in and you are completely ignored until youmake it known you are there for a pick-up. It would be great if they took a little time to notice customers that are waitingfor their orders. Read more
This location gets my orders right, the first time...unless you want sauce. Drive through line is always long, but it moves... fast. You do need to check that you received any sauces you order though. Staff is friendly and food is presented nicely. Read more
We used to have a Wendy's in the north end but let's be honest. It was mediocre at best. It finally closed after struggling for... years. So now when we want Wendy's we have to drive 20+ minutes each way to this location. Let me tell you they don'tdisappoint. It's always fresh hot and made properly. The staff is efficient and friendly. Of all the fast food places in thearea they are pretty clearly the best. Read more

!! Attention Door dash. This is not a functional location for door dash at any means. I wouldn't be making this review if I... wasn't so concerned about this situation. Some people can't just cancel an order if they are diagnosed with something they needfood for. I've unfortunately been sitting for over an half hour and they won't even start the order with how busy it is, lobbyus also full of other dashers trying to help people get their food. It's hard finding out the hard way. Read more
