I am always impressed with the quality of the employees. Good communicators polite professional. Not distracted! Looking through... the drive-thru window. Everything is organized and clean. No one is raising their voice. Everyone is doing their job and this isa real review. It's right down the street from where I work. McDonald's opens up at 6:00 a.m. for lobby, Taco Bell opens up at 7:00, Burger King opens up at 7:00.. you don't open till 9:00... a.m. you cannot compete with people who will allow others to sit down in the restaurant first.. you lost a customer for lifebecause this is the third time I've come up and I've gotten some excuse of why your lobby is not open. This was an interesting one. We came in for a quick dinner. Here are the bullet points: Cashier was training a new guy. She gave... me the chicken version of the sandwich instead of beef, but I didn't specify and she didn't clarify. The chicken version wasgood. The bathroom looked like a Sasquatch had cleaned it. It wasn't terrible but it did need attention. All the employees werevery nice and pleasant. Now for the story. When we went to find a seat there was a spot we were going to sit at, but there wasa phone there. We thought maybe they'd come back. I said if they didn't we'd take it up to the counter. Then it started ringing,a lot. So I got up and answered it. It was the husband. He asked if I was at Wendy's. I said, yep. He said he was on his way. Igave it to the cashier. The guy got there and thanked me profusely. Thanked me for being honest. I said I just did what anyoneshould do. He said people aren't like that so much anymore. I can be a difficult customer to please some say however what ever happened to the customer is always right? And why is it so... difficult for establishments to cook to order when asked? They argued with me over me wanting my chicken cooked two full cyclesnot just well done. Said it would be burnt if they did it and I said that's exactly the way I want it....burnt. other peopleconsider my kind of well done to be burnt then so be it but don't give me a hard time for expressing what I like when I'm payingfor the damn service. Used the drive thru and it wasn't a very long line. They had a sign at the speaker that said card or exact change only. I didn't... have exact change and my card was empty. I was a dollar 15 short for exact change. I told the person at the window they couldkeep what is left because I didn't exact change. She came back with change for me! So nice! The fries were not full (see pic -hadn't touched them yet) and the chicken club was really messy, but tasted great. The $5 Box was well worth it!
