We ordered 3 non specialized items. Each one was missing something, and the frosty was delivered in 2 half full plastic cups.... The baked potato with chive and sour cream came with no chive sour cream or butter. Just a dry potato in a box. There was nolettuce on either chicken burgers. This place is a waste of time and money. If you look through nearly all of the drive throughcomments, you'll see most everyone feels the same, this place is a waste of space in our community. It's November 6th, 2022 at9:15 pm. Whoever is working should find training. A mistake on one item here and there happens. Every item every time showsthese employees and managers really do not care about the customer or product. Did a mobile order and picked it up through the drive thru. Got our food super fast and it was hot and delicious. Very... impressed! Will come back again :) Read more

I've eating here many times. I'm local to this Wendy's and never had issues like this. I ordered meal with fries and the fries... were so old that I spit them out, felt like they were moldy. Usually the fries are bright fresh looking not today. Thank you I'mdone with fast foods Read more

Big sign in the window. Dining room open. We went there since it was empty. When we parked in front it packed the dining room.... The foods were excellent and well worth it. Dessert shakes...man what a deal. Keep up the good work. This is what makes AmericaGreat Again!!! Read more

I would like this franchise owner to consider their business model of including a Y-lane but sacrificing service. Working in the... industry I would advise retraining staff for increased services and working out better ways to be efficient. We not only had toorder twice because the staff couldn't put our order in correctly, but our food didn't even come with all the toppings. In theend we had missing toppings and still they messed up the amount of food we ordered. Read more

Shortstaffed and would not even try to be corteous to make things right for all their customers waiting almost a full hour in... the drive thru on 4/24/2022. Things happen but when the staff is rude on top of you waiting too long for food unacceptable. Whois managing this location? I only see younger teenagers basically no adults to help fix the issue Read more

I went last night after work all hungry wanting to eat a delicious baconator, I got the baconator but they usually come with... yellow American cheese right, no mine was special and came with the white cheese and the whole sandwich was a cold warm like ifit was set aside for a long time and it was the worst tasting sandwich I?ve ever had, I was too tired to go back because like Isaid I was late at night and I had just gotten off work, I tried calling to see if I can get it remade or get a refund because Ididn?t even want to eat the rest but the phone just keeps ringing and no one answered. Well this was my first time going to this Wendy's. I decided to go to this restaurant. I ordered using the online app. I... selected eat in for my order. I have enclosed a copy of my receipt. I got there to the restaurant to let them know I wasthere. Now when someone says would you like a refund. I know that's a immediately red flag. However, I didn't ignore thepre-warning from shift leader. I ask her what does she mean? She explains that they don't have any chili available until 2pm.The current time is 12:45pm. Now, I try to use all my resources of patience for everything. I give a smile and say, I don't mindwaiting but I not for a single cup of chili. She explains she can get me a Jr. Bacon with fries. I graciously decline andsuggest a 10 PC nugget half spicy and half regular. The shif leader is puzzled by my eager customer compromise and empathizingfor the whole situation. I wait for about 7 more minutes for my order to be ready. I see on my ticket it is clearly printedDine-In. The associate puts all items in the bag. Then asks me what my other drink was for the order. My receipt is on thecounter, with all the contents that I ordered for purchase. I smile politely and say, the other drink was also a Ice-Tea. Shescrambles for a second and is like uh-uh. So, I smile and shrug it off. I simply say, just give me a cup and I will get abeverage from the Coke Freestyle.
