MI Casita has great food and excellent service.
I live in Bakersfield but went to Taft College for 3 years. During my time there I always craved to have a decent lunch so I... drove around and found this restaurant. Usually when I go it's not too busy and the food comes out quick, with very freshtasting ingredients. The chips are nice and warm, with the salsa having a really good taste to it. The place itself is wellkept up with and has a very cozy feel to it. Its located at walking distance from the Taft Fox Theater. The service has beenexcellent every time that I go. Sometimes I even drive out from Bakersfield to have lunch or dinner here. Great place. Read more
Not exactly a fine dining experience but for Taft it was surprisingly passable.
The service is good. The food is great. It is a tad warm in there and it isn't even summer yet. ?
