My family and I stopped in before we went for a float down the Illinois river. I was truly amazed by the experience we had, even... though it was brief. We were greeted by an employee that was on a break in the parking lot and greeted again when we walkedthrough the door. The staff was friendly, courteous, and gave excellent customer service. They were happy and seemed to make agreat team. We received our food quickly and, to my surprise, it was beautifully presented and sloppily not thrown together likemost fast food. The hashbrowns are raw I asked fir extra crispy I got extra raw.this is two times in a row also the biscuit was wrong twice I... asked fir no ham add sausage not keep ham add sausage. Again this was the second weekend in a row they did this order wrong. Read more

Fries were 1/2 full. They fixed, but then ham and cheese was sadder looking than my 5th grade elementary school, but cost $5.... It?s not the price as much as it was the poor quality. To be fair I haven?t had the sandwich in years, but this was really bad.They said I could have a different one, they gave me a dried up bacon cheeseburger. I was sorely disappointed while staffchatted and cussed from kitchen. Seemed like nice people, just unprofessional and I?ll never visit again. Wendy?s is farsuperior if you ask me.
