An employee by the name of Jade was extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate to elderly. Cherie?s Chicken should be ashamed of... an employee treating people so horribly. Read more

The chicken chunks are not consistent with the chain in Muskogee OK. The service was good.

Delicious chicken and sides. Rolls are soft and tasty. Did drive thru and waited half hour, but it was worth it. Will call ahead... next time. Read more

Our family hadn't been in this Charlie's in quite a while. Today we decided to stop in for lunch. I wish we had chosen to go... elsewhere. The tables were sticky and there was hardly anyone else patronizing the restaurant at noon. The staff was friendlywith the exception of a female manager who spent 20 minutes (maybe more) arguing with and belittling an elderly woman who wasconfused about an order she placed in the drive through. My family's lunch hour was not spent conversing but listening to thederogatory manner the manager addressed the woman. The dining room has no condiments and we had to ask for lids and straws andthen go up and ask for the rest of our order after not receiving everything. If you're a small-town business owner and yourestablishment is slumping during a lunch hour that everyone around you is booming during, it should be a hint that yourbusiness is not running in such a way that people want to patronize it. Put your condiments back out, hire management that hasbetter things to do with their time than argue with elderly patrons, and focus on growing your customer base with a betteroverall experience. Food tasted fine. Read more

Did a good job getting a large order together for our event that had over 40 people. The chicken chunks are always my favorite.
