This place has regular sized tortilla tacos. Usually okay if small tacos have 2 tortillas. 2 tortillas on big tacos is kind of a... stretch in my opinion. Went for taco Tuesday, 1.25 tacos for 10 tacos. 12.50 in tacos somehow went to 16$ and change afterringed up. Cash as well, so there was no card charge. It?s quite busy so they pump out tacos a little bit too fast. Thick big 2tortillas with little to an okay amount of meat. The tortillas also didn?t feel cooked enough. So I could tell it was a rushedorder. Understaffed or not, rushed food is never good food. To me, it cost a good dinner with my wife. Had to get something elsethat wasn?t already cold. They do give out what I think is complementary salsas and onion and lime. The other food might begood. This particular evening I felt rushed on my order even though I was willing to sit and wait. 3 stars mainly for its ?lowprice? amid inflation. Quantity should be adjusted as well. Read more
2nd time here and the Menudo here is AMAZING! So glad we found a place near land we just bought. I?ve tried Menudo elsewhere a... couple times and it just wasn?t right. Decided to give it one last time and I?m happy I did. The Enchilada and Costillo (porkribs in red sauce) are also very delicious. Guacamole is a must try! Customer service is top notch! This place is the most authentic Mexican restaurant in Tahlequah, and the meat choices prove it before tasting anything. The... servers are kind. The food is always perfect and they have great diverse options. Tuesdays are dollar taco days and they oftenhave great weekend specials. You can?t go wrong ordering from here! Read more
