My 1st time there and they only asked tables with lots of people if they wanted refill or was they doing ok, it was upsetting.... It was a special day for me. Food was good, customer service sucks, had to wave another waiter or waitress down to get refill orwalk over to one , which I should not have to do. Then they never removed the cups, it was poor service to sit there starring atmy 4 empty cups. Finally one waiter offered to take them away after I stacked them so high they looked like they were gonna fallover. Heads up, on a Saturday make sure you get there earlier than you need to because you will have to write your name on aclip board. I had to write my own name because no worker was there to write it for me. Then had a seat and waited for a table. Idined alone. If you drink coffee you will get refills, they walk around filling them coffee cups non stop. They have coffeecups placed on table when you are seated , if you are not drinking coffee, they will remove them Read more

The food was hot and fresh, it arrived at our table fast. Our waiter Brian (I think) was incredible. He was very attentive to... everything we needed and so friendly! Took my niece and boyfriend, and they said the food was excellent. Nice clean atmosphere with very friendly staff.
The service here was really good. The waitress was really nice and great with my son. She made us feel very welcome to be there.... We looked over the menu for a moment and ordered. The food did not take too long to get to our table, even tho there was apretty good size breakfast crowd there. The coffee was pretty good and was refilled as much as we wanted. I ordered the westernomelet with hash browns and fresh fruit. The only thing that was not as good as it could be, was the hash browns. They reallydid not have any flavor to them and tasted like bland mashed potatoes that had been fried. But overall this was a pretty goodplace for breakfast or lunch. Read more
If you're used to visiting an OKC location, you might be a little disappointed in the outlying franchises. The menu varies... depending on location and you won't get the traditional, thick white or raisin toast. The biscuits seem to be the same. The fooditems on the menu do have the same flavor profiles as the original OKC restaurant. This specific restaurant has quick serviceand good food. And like all Jimmy's Egg restaurants, be prepared for a wait on the weekend. Read more
