Husband tried calling in our order around 11:15 was on hold for 15 min. I then proceeded to order online through the app... while he was on hold. Order finally placed at 11:32. Once there someone was taking a phone order while another staff memberhelping the regular line. She finished phone order and left post never returning leaving me to wait another 10 min or so forthe other staff to finish assisting everyone in her line and took another phone order. If I could give 0 stars I would. I tried to call in my order and they didn?t even pick up the phone after waiting an adequate... amount of time. So I decided to go in. My order was wrong and cold with old bacon used on it. This has to be the WORST rib cribI?ve ever been to. Amazing staff and great food. My wife and I had our anniversary dinner there and it was great.
Utterly disappointed. Horribly slow service for online order that left me waiting additional 15 min pay projected ready time.... The dining room was basically empty but I could hear errors that were made and one customer had to come get her tables food fromthe window on her own. Food preppers worked with no sense of urgency what so ever. Completely dropped the ball. If a manager wason duty I didn't see any indication. Can't say I'll go back. Read more
Really enjoyed the super Spud. I ordered mine without cheese, but they got the order wrong ,And sent out another one. I hate... that they was out of fudgesicles. Will be going back again and again. Always Clean too. Read more
The burgers were pretty good but the bacon was WAY overdone. The fries were very hot and fresh ????
Called and ordered a slab of ribs. Picked them up and when I got back home 8 mile drive oneway the Ribs was so bad we couldn?t... eat them. They must have been smoked several days before. Returned them 8 mile drive and asked for a refund on my credit cardand the manager said that it would be a while before she would have time to refund my credit card. Received my credit card billand she never refunded anything to my card.
