Went there and got two blue ocean waters one was with vanilla flavoring, and sweet cream added. They didn't add sweet cream even... though I paid for it, and they put cherries in it, and my wife doesn't like cherries, so I called up there twice to see if I canget it fixed and no one answered. Not trying to be a Karen or anything I understand stuff happens but at least own up to it andfix your mistakes, and answer the phone. Read more
I don?t usually leave reviews because I understand how difficult the food industry can be sometimes (as I do work in it), but... the experience tonight was just ridiculous. We ordered two SuperSonic burritos, a sweet tea, and an Orea Cheesecake shake. Whatwe got instead was two very tiny burritos with cut up sausage pattie?s and egg, an unsweet tea, and the shake somehow hadSnickers, strawberries, m&m?s along with the oreos. We waited 30 minutes for our food that was given to us cold and it was usand one other car. We paid extra money for burritos that were supposed to have ?medley of savory sausage, fluffy scrambled eggs,melty cheddar cheese, golden tots, diced onions, ripe tomatoes and spicy jalapeños,? yet we did not even receive an amountthat?s worth $2. Ordered cookie dough blast, they?re out of cookie dough. Ordered m&ms blast instead, they?re out of m&ms. Got my order in only... for one of them to come out after I paid to inform me they were out of popcorn chicken. What do yawl have than? Gonna find outif they still charged me for the more expensive item that they didn?t have instead of what I replaced it with. Go to the othersonic by the casino. You might have better luck. Read more
Was late for a doctor's appointment and stopped in because I was starving. Got the #9. Chicken sandwich with tater tots. The... tots were fine, service was great. Sandwich I almost threw it out on sight. Burnt bun, burnt chicken that was dry as a log fromsouth Texas. A dab of mayo that added as much as a wishful hope of Joe Biden. Being so hungry and having no time I tried tochoke it down. Made it two thirds of the way and threw it away! Tots were good and the cherry limeade. Won't recommend orreturn. If I would have had time I'd have gone back. I gave one star for the service. Read more
Half-price drinks (thankfully still in foam cups), other free or reduced price items and having your order ready when you get... there keep Sonic competitive with other places, if you use their app. Full price and appless Sonic would be much lessattractive. Read more
